During my stay in my first BPO company, I got 4 accounts. First account was a financial account as CSR. Then later on we were endorsed to a Technical account, and had a TSR training. I've had another 2 accounts afterwhich. We were using a tool for remote access to better assist the client's concern remotely (if needed), for tech account. No need to be tech-savvy that much because a training will be provided, especially when you need to assist the customer with a simple troubleshooting guide. It's hard on the first time but if you get used to it, every concern will be so easy for you to handle.
Recently got hired as a TSR. Ibang iba ang hiring process, as for my experience nauna ang Harver's assessment. Ang contents din ng assessment is more on technical issues. If maka pasa ka, next part is the Initial interview + behavioral then last is call simulation.

Newbie poko sa BPO. Kakarrceived ko lang po ng job offer from Conduent and US TECH SUPPORT NON- VOICE po binigay sakin. Ano po dapat kong paghandaan?
Nag watch ako sayo rene nag review ako to billing na re profile ako sa TSR may jo n ako pumasa ako sa mock call
