I was sooooo happy when they opened a new bins near me. I used to drive to Gary. Now this is only 15 mins away.

I was so excited that they finally opened up a bins in our area. Where I live I would have to travel at least 2-3 hours to get to a bins store. I went today (sunday afternoon). If you are a clothing seller you can literally dig in the bins for HOURS because there is so much stuff. I managed to find 96 pounds and a few very good gems in there..patagonia, free people to name a couple, but mainly bread and butter items. Looking forward to going here regularly. Thanks for posting a video!!

I went on the 2nd day, Thursday. Very nice and clean, so much clothes. I didnt find alot that i wanted but i will go back.
I hope to go back soon and see what it's like after things get settled in.
I'm going this week and I'm so excited! It's much closer for me and I'm glad I don't have to cross state lines! Glad you posted about the scale. I'll be sure to bring some bags so I don't have to heave piles of stuff onto the scale lol
Yes, bags are a good idea. I'm still annoyed by that🥲 It's the only location I've been to that does not have a roll on scale.
@rilzthrifted i am in Florida and they have a little basket to weigh stuff. It takes forever to get through the checkout. And its way over 2 dollars a pound

I love the racine bins. I am moving back there from Florida. The bins here are absolutely crazy. There is a group of people who send everything back to Haiti. They surround the bins and won't let anyone in. I stopped going there during covid

Went that morning. It was nuts. I waited 30 minutes to checkout. Left at 11. Didn’t like the system they had for checkout either. They took things separately to weigh. Had some hardwood items and clothes. They weighed them separately. That’s why it was taking so long to check out. Trying again today. It is suppose to be 1 per bin. Rules were on the wall. I think because there was so many people, it was hard to do that day. I think they let 400-500 people in that morning. But the bins were piled high with stuff in them. More so then the Wisconsin store. Maybe because it was for opening day. There is hard goods and shoes, purses in the back of the store. That’s the way it was in the morning, who knows if they just rotated them out for clothes when you got there. They couldn’t even do rotations when I was there cause there were so many people.
I didn't think it would be that crazy at opening! I'm glad I didn't go in the morning. Hope things are quieter when you go back.
@@rilzthrifted it was great. Still very busy. They were bringing out plenty of clothes. I left at 3pm. They never changed out the hard good tables, shoes, books, or purses. I did ask the check out clerk, if he knew, if they would be, bringing out a new tables. He didn’t know if they were going to, but thought because of Thanks Giving tomorrow they might be closing early.
