You all see they both were suffering with Acid Reflex soon after they ate!!! I guarantee Prissy suffers with Acid Reflex, especially in the middle of the Night!!! You see, your body will give you warning signs that what you are doing is hurting you, you need only pay attention to the signs!!!
Yes I am a witness to acid reflux I use to eat a lot of hot sauce and hot peppers and those flamin hot cheese puffs hot stuff chips with hot sauce and hot wings with hot sauce on it..and paying the price now have to take antacids tablets since 2013 thought I was having a serious heart attack
When y'all eat like this drink lot's of water or green tea after to flush out your stomachs. It isn't good to starve all day and than eat a bunch of food.

Cincerae Brown i encourage you to try water fasting, I'm currently on day 3. This can also help flush out food, actually even better than just drinking waters and teas. It also gives your body time to heal and rest. You can do it for a day to start off. But That's one of the downfalls of starving yourself.... If your not strong enough, you can binge eat like crazy!! Loll💀 i started off at 197 now im 169. You can do it honey
Melanated Bratt I started water fasting on the 14th of this month but ended up eating Popeyes that night and went strong until Monday, I ate fried fish that night but I felt so bad both ways, bad for eating and just didn’t feel good but ever since that day I been going strong, would have been Day 13 today but it’s Day 11 for me

Shalonda Thomas but yes! Breaking a water fast can be painful and hella dangerous asf. I broke my 10 day fast with a watermelon. Girl i took one damn bite and my vision went pitch black for 6 seconds. My head felt like it was underwater.

My 600lb life prissy's story. Not making fun or trying to be disrespectful but this is not healthy for ya'll. I used to weigh 325lbs. Size 24/26 for years. Retired EMT from nyc at 59 im size 18 been that way since 2005 feel much better. My joints dont hate me anymore but that was after bilateral hip replacement and one knee. God bless keep eating like this you will regret it. I love to eat too dont get me wrong. But over eating no.
