Not as disgusting as qualified immunity. They took almost 10 seconds to taze him when it was clear almost instantly that he was not going to be a threat and they still tazed him. Each one of those officers should face charges of at least assault but no they have qualified immunity. It's so gross. 🤢

No. People who get punished usually just double down on their stupidity. I have a "friend" whom we are trying to slowly talk sense into. He continually doubles down on his stupidity of "drinking" and "not doing illegal" things. He got arrested for going to the gas station after having beers. He was picked up due to the tail lights. He says it is a racket.... even though the police were justified in pulling him over, they were justified in arresting him for driving with having drank beer. BUT, NOOOO... The police are wrong... fully wrong... .they "selected" him and looked for any reason to arrest him.... Whatever he did is irrelevant. The "wrong actions" always begin with the police first... NOT how they arrived at that point.
Haha, I love the “I don’t need a license” argument. Like yeah, totally, you don’t need a certification of some kind to operate a one ton machine that can easily kill someone if you can’t use it properly. Love that argument :)
Ugh I see so many of these "sovereign citizens" with their ridiculous arguments but that one takes the cake. "Nah man! I don't need a license to drive a car. I'm a sovereign citizen!" Frigging idiots.
5:56 to be fair to him, he probably didn't know it was the police. You can see him immediately dropping the aggression the instant he sees them and his response from there is one of confusion and disorientation. From his perspective, he probably heard her screeching and thought she was in danger, but then that dipshit of a cop goes and screams at him and tazed him even though he was no longer being threatening to anyone. The girlfriend sucks, that specific cop sucks, but he genuinely didn't do anything.
They announced themselves as the police when they knocked. She then told them there was no one else in the apartment. When she screamed, he came aggressively busting out of the "empty" apartment and she yelled 'He has a gun!'. I know, i would have reacted just like the cop did.
She said it to her boyfriend. She told her boyfriend the police had guns. He might not have been aware of the police being there due to many reasons, and it was not his fault that his girlfriend was lying about an empty apartment to the cops. Also I think anyone would be coming out "aggressively" there if their gírlfriend is screeching like she did. Like the other guy said, when he notices who they are he stopped. He was no longer a threat (he might never been have), when he got tazed and around 3 seconds before then even.@@BookwyrmEDS
@@gennymikel4296 she's no wrong but she's not right either common law states you have the right to travel (driving without a license only personal business doesn't apply) but in order for you to apply common law you must revoke your citizenship to be a permanent resident (basically live there but not be part of society) so you are giving up your rights to vote and any input to society. It is a very rare practice but it exist you still have to follow country laws but not codes and statues those are for citizens (aka society).
Since her previous driver's license had been suspended, I suspect she knew that she had to have one, but was using that as an excuse, thinking it would make the police back off.
The first woman shown (Shawn Malarkey) clearly likes to be in charge of everyone and everything around her. It's rewarding to see someone like this put in her place and forced to follow the rules!

@littleblueowl216 It doesn't mean the people are fair. The law says a lot, that doesn't mean they all follow them. Hint as to why when judges don't even care to investigate women in custody battles, the kids end up hurt or/and worst.
This is what happens when kids are not punished for doing wrong. Parents let their kids get away with a timeout and no real consequences for misbehaving. So when they misbehave as adults, they think just throwing a temper tantrum like they did with their parents would work.
@se11459 I would agree if this issue wasn't so plentiful. Being able to get away with every wrongdoing is a problem that starts at home with the parents. If you get taught valuable lessons as a child, you tend to question the trouble your actions could get you into. Parents teach their children to shake their ass for attention, laugh at them, cussing or hit grown folk, not teaching respect for others. Babiesnot even close to being responsible for themselves having babies. Having discipline is a major issue with today's youth, and it starts at home.so Yes, parents should be blamed and are the problem for not training their kids for a responsible life. What happens when you don't train your pitbull? It grows to be a menace to society. Same goes for humans.
How do these law enforcement officers put up with this shit!!!???! My Father was a detective. He often talked about stuff like this & all I can say is, "You guys are NOT paid enough"... You guys are a very special breed of people & I so appreciate you all.
Yeah, but threatening to taze the woman to get her out of her car was wrong. Tasers are less lethal, but can kill. A man should be able to get a woman out.

I remember when I called 911 one time because i thought someone was trying to get in my house but it was some stray dog that was looking for food and water so I told the cops it was a false alarm and told the reason why. Me and the police cooperated. I then called the animal service to tell them they're was a stray dog. Eventually the animal service located the owners of the dog and and was heartwarming to see them reunite after a year. The owner reported the dog missing a year ago and was on the streets for a while until I reported it.
Think about all the time and resources these “sovereign citizens” are costing the cities they get arrested in. It’s a terrible waste of money, especially for the smaller cities and towns. The people who claim this “law” need re-education classes until they realize they were lied to by conspiracy nut jobs.
(25:19) It is true that there are places in the world where you can drive without a license. 1. Antartica 2. Western Territory of Afghanistan, but watch out for the Taliban (no woman drivers) 3. Bir Tawil, Africa (unclaimed area between Egypt and Sudan) Other than those places (and the odd uninhibited island) you're pretty much out of luck. Suggestion: Just get a license and observe the rules of the road. It's so much easier than moving to Antarctica.

Malarkey the perfect name
Maybe if people actually got punished for the crimes they do maybe they would be less likely to keep doing them. Seems like most of the time all charges are dropped. Disgusting!
Not as disgusting as qualified immunity. They took almost 10 seconds to taze him when it was clear almost instantly that he was not going to be a threat and they still tazed him. Each one of those officers should face charges of at least assault but no they have qualified immunity.
It's so gross. 🤢
Because Americas prisons are so full, they don't have room or resources so they let them all go again. Disgusting
@TheChryystal we didn't see any man get tased?!!
"I GOTTA GO TO WORK!".. her boyfriend got tazed... if you missed it I would check it out. They tazed him for absolutely no reason. He was going to try to protect her but you see he backed down instantly and still got the Zap from them. @@PazuzuM666

23:20 "I do not have to have a drivers license to drive a car". got me laughing so hard

@littleblueowl216 It doesn't mean the people are fair. The law says a lot, that doesn't mean they all follow them. Hint as to why when judges don't even care to investigate women in custody battles, the kids end up hurt or/and worst.
This is what happens when parents refuse to teach their kids. There are repercussions for actions.
This is what happens when kids are not punished for doing wrong. Parents let their kids get away with a timeout and no real consequences for misbehaving. So when they misbehave as adults, they think just throwing a temper tantrum like they did with their parents would work.
you know some people can just be stupid lol its not always a parents fault. @@channelthree9424
I agree!
Wrong. This goes way beyond parents. Oh I wish it was that simple. These individuals are bipolar or have other mental issues.
"My children are home alone!"
Given her behavior, that's probably an improvement to their situation.
