I used to love bath & body. I'm not about to get into them changing their formula to a cheap and greasy version, but I recently placed two back-to-back orders online and had the worst experience a delay in processing a delay in shipping they did not print my complete address out on the shipping label even though my account has my full shipping address. I contact customer service several times when my order didn't ship after placing it for two weeks and they told me to continue to wait it took about three weeks from order to ship and another week and a half of my order to be received. All the while they kept wanted me to wait and did not want to refund my money. When my order came there were three items there were already open and two of my body mists came with her top off in the box. I guess I'm going to start buying Victoria secrets or make my own.
I’m from the U.K. and my husband and I had our honeymoon in the US. On the last day before we left I went to B&BW and bought as much as I could fit in the space left in my suitcase 😂 that was 10 years ago and I still wish I could’ve got more 😝

It’s a problem. I can’t escape them. I got my first spray when I was nine. I remember distinctly that I got a Japanese Cherry Blossom mini because I wanted to be like my mom and wear perfume like a big girl. I’m 17 and own “big girl perfume” but STILL be buying bath and body works. I dragged my family into it. My mom LOVES Sweet Pea. Luminous hand soap is in our bathroom, and Forever Red is in our BBW wallflower. Even my dad and brother use Ocean body wash. We’re a BBW family and it’s my fault lol.
