Looked a lovely day for a day on the lanes. Nothing too taxing but in the wilds all the same. Keep up the good work I'm going to have to get to the peaks at some point.
You need to stop riding the clutch like that or you will end up on your arse. !!! Stick a set of Michelin Road 5's on the bike and stay on the tarmac, you will be amazed at the transformation of the bike. They will handle gravel forestry roads fine if you take it canny, but if you are keen to go off road just get a CRF 250L with good nobbly tyres.

Another lane I need to put on my list, nice ride.
Fit a raised front mudguard and a set of knobbies to one of these things, amazing little Shire-tourer. All road Shetland ponies.
Brilliant again
Where exactly is this lane?

...the guy uses the bike off road. Road tyres are the last thing he needs.
