    Thumbs up
That is a super nice drill. Very simple in the basic form - which is good - and open to all sorts of complications and difficulties to build in in later stages. I love the progression you have shown from standing to stepping to doing a punch in between.
If you do this for a year with ever increasing difficulty, the my guess ist that your muscle memory for this will serve you well under very difficult circumstances.
Thank you very much for posting
take care and have a nice day

I find this drill to be important. Of course a real fight won't be this simple, but it helps teach how to flow from one technique to another.

These flow drills are excellent! I never stop and realized how many endless possibilities are in this art. This is why I like ninjutsu so much, it is unlike most martial arts. It never ends.

I like what you are doing. It is similar to the way that I teach my Ninpo Wrist lock set and Locking set. I am happy to see that there are so many similarities to all Ninjutsu Styles and systems. Great job!

Oni Kudaki was being taught in the late 70s and early 80s as part of the Hatsumi-ha kihon happo (omote gyaku ken sabaki was not there like Gyokko Ryu). Ganseki and Muso had similar principles and supposedly Soke pushed for Ganseki in the Tenchijin to allow transition from Gyokko KH to the other ryu-ha. Musha and both versions of Oni Kudaki have similar joint principles too, so this is not out of place per se. There are a couple guys I know in WV and NC using BJK in MMA training.

Hello, very nice video! We train the Kihon Happo Flow Drill as well in our Dojo but using Muso Dori instead of Oni Kudaki. I wish you the best, Greetings from Austria!
