    Thanks bro I am 6'2" tall and 93 kg. Trying every time to go under 90 but stamina is going down but when I am at my optimal gym performance I am weighting 93Kg(with empty stomach). Now this video made me understood to focus on fat loss instead of weight loss.

      If you are losing fat slowly by strength training, the skin will adjust automatically. Maybe you might see some minor stretch marks here and there.
