Me too even though I suggest the deluxe I went all in. But for people that don’t want to spend $106 deluxe is the way to go your just missing out on the wings of creator emote.
Why would I want to purchase D4 when Last Epoch is $30, and POE and soon POE 2 will be f2p and most likely even better.. These AAA companies getting real comfortable charging $70 for a game and yet still throwing in a f2p monetization system. Crazy how I went from being hyped about D3 to groaning anytime Blizzard announces something now. You can tell certain shitty systems put into D4 not even the devs wanted. It sucks because I see so much potential in D4, even though a lot of it is more accessible versions of POE or D2's systems.I'll probably find it later on, on allkeyshop for like $40. I think $40 is a fair price for games that are online only.
Completely understandable comment about why would would we trust blizzard with D4 also with its price tag. Games aren’t what they used to be in general from triple A companies. I won’t lie to you when I tried Poe I was to inpatient for that game I see why it is great I just couldn’t get into it but that’s was on me. I’d say PoE was the real sequels to D2 after watching enough of it.
@@TheRuppEffect Yeah it's sad. Games went from passion projects to seeing how they can make their investors most happy while exploiting their consumers. Basically they became like every other corporation.. And that is completely fair. POE was meant to be a Diablo 2 inspired game that eventually turned into it's own thing, but still has stuff from D2. I believe even a few years back, one of the well known devs that worked on D2, actually joined GGG because he prefers POE over Diablo now... which says a lot. But anyways, I do not hold it against you for not enjoying POE. It is a very demanding game, I compare it to runescape. As in, they are those type of games you really don't want to play unless you follow a guide/wiki/youtube video until you learn the game. They have made it a lot more accessible than the older days, and maxroll has full builds to follow for every aspect of the game you need help with. Last Epoch has a ton of potential because it's in the middle of Diablo & POE. But it's still in alpha, and just added multiplayer.

I remember spending months locked away with my friends playing Lan D1 and D2, it's so fucking sad to see what it's degraded in to.
Right! The days when gaming was fun and you didn’t have to worry about cash grabs and if you working towards something you were rewarded in that way.
