    I made this thrice at home and every single time it turned out delicious 😍 The best part is it doesn't absorb much oil. It is soft too. Another thing is that they used rice flour which is always available at every south Indian house. so the ingredients were readily available. Thank you so much for the recipe. every one loved it in my house.

      is the rice flour the same as the glutinous rice?

    • @Asianfusioncooking
      @Asianfusioncooking  4 роки тому

      No it's not, the glutinous rice flour is sticky. But the normal rice flour is not.

    Meduim-ripe cavendish bananas are best suited for this recipe. It's also much cheaper in tropical countries being abundant here, even free to all living near cavendish banana plantations. May use handy masher if we want a finer texture, if chunky fritters are preferred then fork is used. Best for snacks, so let's eat & enjoy

    love it but don't see the point in adding egg to this because u can sub 1 egg for 1\2 a banana in most sweet baked goods ;)

    • @Asianfusioncooking
      @Asianfusioncooking  9 років тому +1

      Amy McCullough you can do sub it with 1/2 a banana if you like, but egg helps bind the ingredients together and adds flavor that's why traditionally it's added to this recipe.l

    You don't have to add eggs, if you take another banana, then mash it up where it is more liquidy, and add it, it will mix. Plus it's alot better that adding amniotic fluid to your dessert

    • @12mails4sush
      @12mails4sush 7 років тому +1

      Jacob Zapata whoever is Vegetarian, they can use one more banana instead of Egg. Instead of Oil, use pure Ghee to fry. It will more Tasty. This is my opinion 😊

    • @smexyphysics
      @smexyphysics 6 років тому

      You can not make this without a binding agent which is what the egg is for. I would suggest if you don't want to use an egg you can use something like mountain yam which is used in some Japanese dishes as a bonding agent such as in okonomiyaki.

      Pooja Lakhera you may use all purpose flour if you have no rice flour, but skipping it will make it difficult to bind the ingredients together. You can always try and see what happens.
