I can attest to the fact that practicing daily gratitude is life changing. I've been keeping a gratitude journal for over a year, writing down three things I am thankful for every day, and I feel like it has completely changed the way I see the world. Beauty and success feels far less scarce. Life feels so much more abundant. I'm more appreciative of the good people in my life. My mental well being is significantly better. I'm excited to apply this practice to my art.

Reminds me of neteros 10000 punches of gratitude. Gratitude goes a long way. It resets burns outs and releases you from over-expectations. while making the process more enjoyable. practicing anything without gratitude is a recipe for contempt.

Dude I love pokemon too. I've played pokemon games from gen 3 to gen 5 or 6 and a bunch of fan made gba and nda games (on mobile on an emulator of course ). Got into pokemon from early on but really enjoyed playing games from 5th grade. After all these years surprisingly my interest in pokemon games never waned. Still finding myself getting back to those games.
You are right on not enjoying games part. Its happening to me now as i've been playing Elden Ring for 1 month or so (I'm at Caelid in the game). But now am not going back to those games due to all my worries and stuff.
Like worrying about the future and all sorts of things. Iam happy that i've stumbled upon this video and knowing that i'm not the only one. Anyways love your channel man and I have no regrets in saying this is one of the best channels I have found so far.

Thanks Akhil! Oh man, Elden Ring was FANTASTIC. I'm glad I had my mental health in a good spot when it came out so I could fully appreciate it. I've always loved Pokemon too I just hope they mature the series at some point and give us an experience with more depth.
Practicing that gratitude at night really help me let go of those worries. They still crop up and I have my bad days as well but those kinds of exercises get me back on track. And the more you do it the easier it is to come back to a safe space in your mind to start creating and enjoying things again.

@@ZephyerArt I will try it out for sure. I want to try out the new pokemon games (from let's go eevee to the current one) somewhere along the road.

Great video! Love the more down-to-earth style in contrast to everything else being sensationalized and in-your-face nowadays. Keep up the excellent work!
