The Cauldron is a combo with Thrillseeker. Gives all of your creatures a Fling effect. And the GY hate on top. Glad your back, hope you enjoyed your vacation!
I think it would make sense to play 1 more Thrillseeker in SB to bring in alongside the cauldron, to increase the chances of assembling the incidental combo, but it was probably intended mainly as gy hate.
Tried your version of the deck Arne. The manabase definitely needs the pain lands because of the 1 mana spells and wrenn's resolve. I also tried Monterey Mentor instead of wedding announcement. Higher upside but worse against removal
I like your low version of this, have you thought of adding raging battle mouse? It's low cost, can lower the costs of other card even further and both of its effects should go off every turn with this deck
I've tweaked this deck a little and while I'm still trying to figure out what's best, I think the Pollen-Shield Hare is better than Wedding Announcement. I don't think you need the card draw from wedding or the tokens really, and it's just slow and clunky. The adventure on the Hare can be pretty brutal too. That's of course if you keep it naya.
Part of the "naya" draw is that there's literally just 1 single green card in the whole deck and you're more likely to be casting it as red on 2, so the green puts almost no pressure on the mana base. Every card you swap in that's green has a real opportunity cost as far as actually making a deck that's really just a Boros deck pretending to be Naya in to the real thing.
@@em688 Yeah I realize the mana isn't ideal and I'm by no means trying to imply that it's the more "correct" version of the deck (I have no idea), but Hare really puts in some work. Even if you don't have the single green mana to cast the adventure, the creature alone is a 2 mana anthem for tokens and the spell has been VERY strong for me as well. Fairly often its at least a +3/+3 and vigilance for 1 mana and it puts a card in exile with no casting restriction. I also really like the druid too, as it makes a great back up threat if Pia gets killed and having acess to 12 reckless impulse effects has also been really nice for me in the ~20 games ive played. The version im currently playing essentially is all two drops or less for "required" casting costs, so its very easy to dig deep. The one mana mouse has only been okay for me and so has Kumano. So im not sure if Boros has enough cards on it's own to support the deck in standard, but i havent tried the list he proposed and he's much better than I am at Magic :-0.
@@specialK319319 Nah the hare is absolutely worth it, it's adventure side is pretty much just icing as you've pointed out. When you do have the G for it though pumping a thopter is just more good stuff. Also since combined it's only a 3 mana play for both it's just damn solid. I woulda cut the Weddings too.
Honestly not sold on the questing druid in a deck that could just be straight Boros. The cost for it to be reasonably castable is higher imo than what it gives. I guess it gives you 12 copies of reckless impulse.
According to Untapped, the win rate of this deck in Bronze-Platinum Bo1 is 36.8% (1100 matches) at the time of writing this comment. The chance of going 10-0 with this win rate is about 1/22000. Maybe it works better in Bo3?
Its a difficult deck to play. Watch CGB for an example of someone who knows how to play it playing it masterfully to a 5-0 record against all the other major deck types.
It’s a good deck but mono red got too many upgrades in woe and this deck will never beat it it when in the draw. Even on the play it takes a good draw Does anyone have a deck that crushes mono red in best of one im getting destroyed :/
You completely butchered that deck 😢. It's all about casting these draw to exile cards during your opponent's end step, NOT putting a druid and try to grow it. The plan is to load your exile zone during your opponent's turn and cast Pia only when you can make a burst of tokens, not run into your opponent's removal.
@@michaedove3562 I'll take a look, tnx for the hint... tho it still looks like a bit of a glass canon to me, if you remove the Pias, what is left isn't too impressive Maybe it's the novelty and people not knowing how to play against the reason of its good results? Or maybe not, and it's gonna last...but I somehow doubt it
@@michaedove3562 Saffron also played it, with only a 69% of wins... I think people is already adjusting But I must admit, after playing it, that it's a LOT of fun, and way better than I thought. My hot takes suck :D

Not sure if you're aware 32:30, but you can kill your own pia to fizzle The End. Wasn't possible there, but it can be a good line in other scenarios
Really heads-up plays and commentary. Any interest in showing the more streamlined version at some point too?
Cauldron actually does hate on dreadknight somewhat, as the adventure side has to be cast from the graveyard.
Great to see you back bud ❤

Oh man I was screaming cast Chandra copy the knight adventure! :P
Thanks for the coverage! Love your commentary throughout the video and the fact that you only play Bo3
Keep up the good work.
Babe! Arne Huschenbeth dropped a new video!!
No really, well deservered vacation after all that content. Hope you enjoyed it.
Guess Kumano isn’t working with Pia as it is not cast from exile. Thanks for the great content! Keep it up 👍 😍
Thanks for the info!
mosswood dreadknight does go into the graveyard when killed
What the hell did your opponent do in the 3rd game of your second match? Totally throwing the game lol

Try Orzhov. Cheap removal, good creatures, and planeswalkers to close the game.
Thank you for the video! You probably already know that your mic goes mute from time to time. Maybe noise filtering? Anyway, love the content!

Restless Biv o wack.
this deck is garbage. 0-3 in standard bronze. i want my rares back
no Rabble Rousing. Wakk deck lol
