Watching from USA my brother
Watching from Michigan USA
You should make a contact list of the people who no longer want their plot. If they've run into hardships at least they can get money back by selling.
Ekow, this is just my opinion...each home needs to install CCTV, that way it will be easier to catch thieves. It also serves as a deterrant.....keep up the good work!
The houses are not built, how do you install CCTV
@@adminbentley5752 You put it on the homes that are built...clearly, you have never been to the PAV.
@@Uncle-Basil I have visited the Royal Kingdom Estates and love them but I am not a lover of Gated communities. my friend. The RK are doing great and would recommend them anytime.
@@myrnajames1460 That's ok Myrna, I understand where you're coming from.
Am watching You form spain
Watching from Florida in the US.
I missed the live, but I’m watching from California, United States.
From Sydney - Australia.
Missed you Jewelene Jackson Mississippi U.S.
Good job always, uncle.
Why can't they arrange for private security
People forget buying the land is only part of the hurdle. They don’t budget for building putting up a fence wall to secure the land
Watching from South Africa 🇿🇦
Ekow, my Brother! I thought the original rule was that there was to be building on within 2 years of securing the land and if there was no building, the person will have to forfeit the land.
This is just a small hurdle to jump over, with POSITIVE ENERGIES we will make Asebu PAVC one of the most beautiful communities to live in. Please remember our endurance in the Western world.
I love this. Positive energy only
Watching from South Africa captown
I am watching from the United States
It’s interesting how the diaspora has many suggestions about how things should work in a country most have never been to and don’t understand the cultural differences and recommendations for a local Ghanaian SMDH. It’s that colonial mindset that prevails.
I will be there next month for my plot and additional plots if existing are not interested in doing their due diligence
Watching from USA. God has allowed me the opportunity to travel to Nigeria three times and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. God willing, my hope is to visit more countries in the Motherland.
Fence is wood instead of blocks
Watching from Pensacola FL.
Lil brother I am in the house
I would be able to support building for the community. I have the capital. I don’t see a problem but rather an opportunity.
Watching from the US
Watching from Phoenix Arizona USA
That's a good point I was thinking security is a must way out there.
Ekow tune in from USA
Fencing two plot will be more than ghc 80,000
Leroy from Orangeburg South Carolina.
What is the situation in Ohiaba community . It Looks like to me everyone and everything is peaceful there……
Are there any container homes in the PAV? Posting from Virginia USA.
not yet but some have plans of doing that
New Jersey USA
Ekow, I know that Pan African Village is your heartbeat! I would suggest getting some dogs, but I don't know how expensive it is to take care of dogs in Ghana. Security cameras could also be a deterrent, but all of these things are expensive since some are already struggling to put up a fence. We need to come together as a community and help one another. I personally likes the interlocking bricks... They regulate the temperature inside the house better than the cement or concrete blocks.
Ekow where’s your school located?
The King Is a generous man but no land should be allocated without stipulations and dead lines attached . After all we are coming to settle ,develop and produce nothing less!!!
What halted the project is the lack of expertise in this Development. Use Developers to Develop a community. We have the internet, no excuses for this. What respect do the people of the community have if they are willing to rob the chiefs Guest. This reflects where we truly stand. Parts of Africa that’s like this is waiting for a corporation to take over and really lay down the foundations the British abandoned after they stool the slaves and resources from these lands.
I would like to suggest a few builders give quotes to build the walls in the community but who will give a group discount on building the walls. This way many can be built at the same time but with a discount. This can be part of the package of obtaining the land. You'll simply have in place contracted wall builders ready to go with a group discount. What do you think?

Watching from the UK
Grace City,Aburi is a developing area just like Asebu and Pan African Village but will be a gated community so I suggest they should do the same.
Sorry my friend I do not want to live in a Gated community it's like living in a prison behind walls . if you comes from the USA then you are use to that type of living but those of us who do not don't like it, but I do understand where youare coming from.
@@myrnajames1460many are coming with same American mindset...Gated community indeed
@@myrnajames1460 Grace City is huge having three phases, you probably won't even see the wall...so you get the benefits of security with the openness that you like.
@@Uncle-Basil Ghana is not in secured the community can organise for private security....
@@okey9236 That's a good point. However, having both , a gated community and private security would be ideal...in my opinion.
I would have pitbulls and rockweilders as my security
Are the police credible in Ghana?
Your face looks very clean and fresh, and nice haircut. 😅
All this sugar coating about security issues no one hiding in any bushes ready to attack or steal. Native Ghanaian land owners should be spoken to by the chief before issuing their to diasporans. You well know that's the issue. They're in litigation/ court with asebu land so all this beautifying/ sugar coating or People who do not know what's actually going on. SMH people working for their money only to be taken advantage of 👀 .
Absolutely false. 200 acre land litigation out of 5,000 acres allocated is insignificant. Stop spreading false information.
@dadoboye1536 so where are the areas that are in litigation? Is it known to the Pav diasporans nope,
Everyone is in limbo, not knowing if the land they own are affected .. so which part of my statement is false....YOU STOP ✋️
Just make sure that guy who talks so carelessly about Ghana doesn't get a land over there. You know who I'm talking about, right? He's immature
You talking about "Go back to Africa" we don't want him in ghana,
