Thank you so much Shane! Working through your programme now and already feeling the benefits. Starting to see my injury (FAI) as a gift that will motivate me to experience things in movement that I would not have without it. Keep doing what you are doing brother!
This is awesome. I have been doing pretty much all of these already but the key is I need to be consistent! Meditation helps me most. Thanks for sharing!! 🙏✨
@@GotROM time 😊 I would love to do Vipassana 2 hours a day, commit to daily yoga practice, cook healthy meal and go to bed at decent time but being a single mom with a full time job, I do what I can and not beat myself up for not doing everything on my ideal list.

Wow 🤯 ur so inspiring and so positive ❤! I wish I could say I’m the same .. I’ve been dealing with chronic pain e since 1999 when when I was around 22-23 yrs old and was hit by a drunk driver .. I thought this is no big deal I’ll be ok and no pain in no time 😅… I was sooo wrong😢
What’s your opinion on kinstretch or functional range of conditioning FRC? Just curious there’s so many types of mobility and tissue work it’s hard to decide what is beneficial and which is a waist of time. Some people in the kin stretch and fitness community are against tissue work saying that the reason you rely on it is because your body is not strong in vulnerable positions resulting in adhesions and knots. I always felt better doing tissue work and I know your religious when it comes to your weight personal tissue work so just wanted to pick your brain. It’s an abundance of information out now and I value your opinion. I bought your hip stick as well.
Tissue work and FRC when done together can improve overall athletic performance and along with optimal conditions for activities of daily living. It's totally cool to do that too.
¡Me encanta! ❤ Gracias, hermanito por ser inspiración 🌀
