    Hey Shane shared these with my husband. I'm so thankful I don't struggle with neck pain. He gets major tech. I'm hoping these exercises are meant to help him with that.

    Hi there, what’s your opinion for someone that has bad neck arthritis, I don’t get so much neck pain , my neck mobility is pritty good, but my traps are really turned on and the elevator scap also,, I often get cervogenic headaches also,

      For this situation, you’d want to optimize everything DOWNSTREAM of the neck. From traps to thoracic spine, to even lower. Even down the what’s happening at the toe can affect upstream at the neck. Any arthritis can be helped by optimizing all the other things you can control.
