Creating My Own Ultra4 Axial SCX24 Chassis!!

- There wasn't a lot of excitement from the last video of the 3D printed chassis I found for the Axial SCX24. Maybe designing my own chassis will draw a little more interest!
In all seriousness, the chassis I found on thingiverse was really nice but it wasn't designed for the stock electronics. I was in the process of attempting to remix it and modify it to work better when I decided that it might be easier to just design my own chassis. Plus I love a challenge!!
A tube style chassis like this is something I've never done before. While I would love to mess around with a 1/10th scale true tube chassis one day, this 3D printed chassis is a start for me.
I really wanted something that could be bolted up directly from a stock SCX24 and although I'm no expert in crawler chassis, I wanted it to be capable for crawling.
Seeing something I modeled myself out on the rocks and in the field crawling around was really cool to see. I hope some of you decide to print one as well! Check out the link below if you are interested.
Hope you Enjoy the Video!!

Heck yes please to more micro-crawler stuff, would love to see what you can do with them.
You'll definitely be seeing more of this little truck! Really nice time driving it on the rocks!
Seems like it works pretty well. Cool build
Thank you! I'm pretty proud to have made a chassis myself that works pretty decent
What type of resin do you use? Standard or ABS?
It's an abs like resin. Not super tough like actual abs but a lot tougher than the standard resins
