Hey Johnny that's what byren velvick was saying about using the swimbaits on cloudy days with a little wind. Good tips Johnny thanks for giving so much to fishing and teaching us to become better angler's. God bless you and your family.
Good stuff. I definitely recognize that powerline behind you. That's where i fish on my lunch break. It's always cool when i see you out there. Also cool when I'm watching retrieves on the Deep Dive app and see my local spots.
Always on point and on time. Your knowledge is so deep that some videos I loose interest but that’s just my personal problem and with that being said I will say Thank You very much for your opinion and your very knowledgeable.
Question: You mention you are probably not going to get a whole lot of bites throwing these on a clear blue sky day with clear water ect, Basically the fish will get a good look at it and realize its not real. Am I understanding this correctly? If so, what would be idea to throw when its calm, clear, and bright out? Are you just best to look for some cover bc thats where the firsh are or is there something the fish are gonna find more realistic that would work in one of these open water scenarios?
Johnny I’ve found that staying with that 5:5 gear ratio on my spinning reel instead of the 6:2 has helped with keeping that bait from coming up to fast. Without FFS I wouldn’t have known that 👍👍
You can't really shake it like a jig head because the body of the bait is very balanced and doesn't roll much. You can pop it like a hair jig though with a straight tail minnow and get a lot of bites.
Really? The finesse TUSH is a killer rig. Honestly, tho, if I spent hours to make a free video for people and also made good tackle, I'd probably tend to share my products with people. Seems like he talks about a lot of other people's baits, too. Most of the video is broadly applicable to swimbait fishing, with or without Core stuff, or is about glidebaits which are not Core products.

Man agreed I wouldn’t have thought we had to slow down so much… I love ffs..
Can you fish the finesse tush by casting and retrieving or is it just throw it down infront of the boat and shake it for ffs
