It is when governments became involved in “healthcare” that it became expensive. We should not have healthcare systems; healthcare should be an ecosystem of choice, and without government infusion it could be very affordable. Anytime something is manipulated by government, the cost will go up, the efficiency will go down, and choice and innovation goes out the window, - it will become something that the best is only affordable to those who have the money to go to private options. Everything should be “private!” This, of course, goes double for education! Government should be nowhere near education ecosystems. Government should be completely detached from these life pursuits, and the cost will go down, choice will increase, and the manipulation and propaganda that is infused into public systems will vanish like a bad dream.
Bruh because of lack of government involvement is the reason healthcare is expensive in the U.S. Lobbying occurs easily if the government isn’t involved

I’m just going to step aside and let the discussion begin on this one. Let’s keep
it civil boys and girls….
europe ends in the caucasus
No, it is in Europe
So excited to move to Portugal in the spring......visa process is underway and should be approved soon....can't wait to get away from the U.S.......country has lost its mind.....
Ohio, next to Pensilvânia, Michigan, west virginia and the rest i forgot 😅
Europe isn’t a country.
The amount of portuguese couples without money for a property of their own, and the amount of abandoned places in Portugal, is such a sign of how negligent the government is towards their own citizens. They rather have people in misery, than to repurpose abandoned properties. And there are SO MANY in Portugal. It's really just sad. The minimum salary barely cover the rent of a ROOM, in Lisbon... how can they expect the economy to grow if people are surviving, while SO MANY PLACES are abandoned.
Europe has way better work/life balance. You are lucky to get a week vacation when you start work. And you are lucky if you can live on two jobs, much less 4 days a week.
The Overton window has moved so far to the left that anything to the right of the far left is "Far Right. Who says they are " Far Right " ? What does "Far Right" even mean now ?!
Underfunded schools in America? Nope. Just a lot of money wasted on bureaucrats and buildings instead of teachers to help our kids. FUNDING is not the issue, it is how they spend the money that is the issue.
I like your videos a lot, but I think you missed on this one.
I think private insurance should not be allowed, it is no different than having someone cut in front of the line because they paid to take your turn. If you can afford private insurance and want to be seen quicker in a better facility, then you should pay to improve the system for everybody!
Beautiful in theory but the reality is that poorer counties can’t pay good doctors enough and the system becomes corrupt.
@@daveinportugal, I use the National Health System with complete confidence. The best doctors work in the private sector, but they cannot do without working in the public sector, because that is where they find the most serious cases that allow them to grow professionally. And there may be occasional cases of corruption, not because the countries are poor, as the biggest European scandal happened in Germany, but this never undermined the confidence of the Portuguese in their public health system.
I went toEurope for work once. Never again. It has nothing on the Mid West.
Please don’t say Europe, say the country. Europe is too diverse, so your comment does not make sense. For reference, If I worked in New York and latter in Springfield Ohio, I am sure both experiences would be completely different.
@@carlosalbuquerque5672 I can’t understand why liberals are not patriots and love communism so much. If you think socialism is so great then you should go and live in Europe.
😂😂😂. That’s funny!
Honestly, if i end up having to move to europe (theres a non-zero chance the supreme court might make gays fight in the purge), im not going to be happy about it. So... sorry in advance europe.
Everything should be “private!”
This, of course, goes double for education! Government should be nowhere near education ecosystems.
Government should be completely detached from these life pursuits, and the cost will go down, choice will increase, and the manipulation and propaganda that is infused into public systems will vanish like a bad dream.
Ideas from the American world do not apply in Europe, fortunately...
Haha, this idea is so outdated
Bruh because of lack of government involvement is the reason healthcare is expensive in the U.S. Lobbying occurs easily if the government isn’t involved
🙄
