I would consider that more of a calzone. An empanada is made with a dough more similar to a pie crust. Whatever you want to call it though. It's your video/channel.
The filling is like an Empanada, and dough like a Calzone. Looks good!
More of a Spanish/Mexican influence so definitely not calzones
