This was the second major RPG I purchased after Phantasy Star II, which was also bundled with its own strategy guide. Mad respect for the dev team for putting together a unique and memorable RPG experience.
I owned a copy of this on Sega. It was an RPG that really you have to work with it, and you do need the Study guide it comes with. In this respect, I always thought of this game as Sega's take on Legend of Zelda
