All the boroughs of New York have something special about them. Next time you're back you should try a famous dish from each borough, and tell us which borough's dish was your favorite.
There are so many delicious places to eat ALL OVER BROOKLYN it would take a lifetime to discover them all. LOL The food places you chose were a nice mix. Those dumplings were amazing. Sometimes the service in Brooklyn is rough but the food makes up for it. You are in the city that NEVER SLEEPS. So you can get a meal anytime time of the day
I love this channel so much! You guys inspire me to make my channel even better! Have you ever made a video describing your backstory and how you created such an awesome channel? I would love to see that!
I love how you explained a bit about Brooklyn. Love your videos, you’re both so chill snd you bring quality content. That pancake is absolutely amazing 😍😍😍😍
Good choice of intro and background music, it really sets the mood. You did such a good job finding unique and different foods in a city of hot dogs and pizza. That pancake was really awesome, especially the chocolate sauce.. Showing us new and better places as is the Waterfront Park renews our faith that people care!
So glad you enjoyed the tour! We loved exploring Williamsburg. The coffee and food was fantastic and there are so many adorable dogs there! Definitely ticks all the boxes for us ✔️
Guys - it is so cool to see you in my hometown. I grew up in Brooklyn Heights. Worked in Manhattan for years. SO many great places to eat. Brooklyn has become a mecca for pizza lovers, so perhaps you'll be able to visit some Brooklyn pizza venues? Looking forward to your next Brooklyn vlog!
This is so cool! I just got back from NY on Saturday after staying in Williamsburg....when I saw that's where you guys were going....I was like, I hope they show Bedford Ave!! That place is back to back great food, so much variety! Great vid.
You have to come to Astoria (Queens). It's the last stop on the N train (Queens bound, of course). Lot's of restaurants here. Many Greek restaurants since the neighborhood at one time was predominantly Greek. Now it is multi-cultural, which is awesome! My Greek family moved here from Manhattan in 1946 :)
My husband and I were in nyc in april (friggin freezing btw) and the halal food trucks kept us nice and toasty! The lamb on rice was possibly the best food I've ever had! They also served a philly cheese steak sandwich on the halal truck and daaaaang was It good. Mmm mmm mmm
The Halal Plate is a go-to by the way here in New York! It's the king of street food. The trick is to ask for LOTS of Hot Sauce AND LOTS of White Sauce because it balances out. They warn you it's hot but the white sauce really balances it out.
Williamsburg is a decent neighborhood. Brooklyn is a great . and yes it can be pricey. Sheepshead Bay is where I live . Roll N Roaster is a restaurant known for their roast beef sandwiches as well as other sandwiches they make. Sheepshead Bay is easy to get to . B44-SBS from Williamsburg Bridge Plaza to Nostrand Ave and Shore Parkway. Emmons Ave one block away. Sorry for saying this but Bedford ave is the named street you were on. Bedford ave is 10.2 miles long it goes from Sheepshead Bay to Greenpoint and vice versa.
Finally a video! I missed you guys! Haha 😆 I wanted to go to New York anyway, but I now for real neeeeed to go! I was one of those pancakes 🥞! One day!! ☝🏼
We are Southerners and we love us some dumplings we give the poles a run for their money when it comes to dumplings! My gran used to make a rabbit dumpling soup that was to die for!
We just got off the Mariner of the Seas Royal Caribbean cruise ship and you guys told me you were taking a cruise soon so check out our upcoming cruise vlog series.
Wasn't too long ago, you didn't go to Williamsburg without an armed guard. So happy it has made a giant turnaround, Unfortunately, you don't have time to explore other parts of the borough. So much to see, do and eat. Miss Brooklyn, feel like I've been exiled to Atlanta.....
For yer next trip to Brooklyn: Bed Stuy has Abu's Homestyle Bakery(1184 Fulton St). I used to chow down on their bean and sweet potato pies! I need to make my own bean pie! Back then(~15 yrs) they had/have 3 sizes. Other treats were great but those pies! Please enjoy them for moi.
IF you want to venture out of Williamsburg one of my favorate places that I think you guys will like is Butter & Scotch in Crown Hights it is a cocktail bar/desert place!
I have eaten dumplings and they are well tasting and you can have well tasting food without spices. When you have well tasting food then there is good quality of the ingredients.
New York is top of my list of cities I want to visit. I've seen it in so many movies, but as I live in the UK it's not so easy for my limited finances to stretch to a visit, maybe one day :-)
Except they probably don’t do this every day! Most of their time is probably spent working, editing content etc and preparing their own food. They wouldn’t always show this side though as it wouldn’t be quite as exciting content
@@emma8362 I love travel and enjoy watching this charming couple but the constant emphasis of food with its surgical analysis of each bite becomes repetitive. Kara and Nate as well as Wayaway seem to have the balance right, it should be more about adventure. I will continue to subscribe but spool past the feeding your face stuff. Thankyou for your reply Emma.
If you’re traveling by yourself or with a small group like 2-4 people look into Airbnb. Great accommodations. Also if you plan on using public transit consider staying outside of Manhattan.
I know you Americans like your coffee but I’m unable to drink coffee so I’m going to be booking a trip to the USA and new York it’s self so would like to know if there’s any places that do tea .
Most coffee shops offer teas as well. You can go to Harney and Sons Tea store in Soho; they have a cafe in the back where you can order almost anything they sell in store. There is a tea chain (sort of like Starbucks of teas) called Argo Tea. Whole Foods stores have cafes inside that make tea. Intelligentsia coffee shop offers freshly brewed teas that are amazing.
No problem:) New Yorkers love tea almost as much as coffee (lately kombucha too). There are also great places to get real hot chocolate: Marie Belle, Jacques Torres Chocolate and The City Bakery.

BROOKLYN in DA HOUSE!!!
Wow somehow Brooklyn remind me of Melbourne, Australia, nice neighborhood to stroll around, have brunch, lunch, coffee & shopping!!
We can definitely see that! They both have great energy and so many hip restaurants/cafes/shops :)
Well I’m a lifelong New Yorker. Certain parts of Brooklyn resemble Afghanistan.
I love this channel so much! You guys inspire me to make my channel even better! Have you ever made a video describing your backstory and how you created such an awesome channel? I would love to see that!

Nice! Did it remind you of being back in Medellín as much as it did for us?! ☕️
The Endless Adventure 💯.. oh we miss Medellin. Such a great coffee culture ☕️

You should never put sriracha on dumplings. Dip them in dumpling sauce made from soy sauce, vinegar and chili oil.
Welcome to Brooklyn/NYC!! So exciting to have you here!
Thanks! We always love when we get the chance to visit NY 😍
Good to know they are just a friendly in Brooklyn as Manhattan. Great for the sights and food.. Don’t expect much of a smile 😃

You guys have to try The Halal Guys Food Truck in Manhattan. The best Halal Food in town 💯
I love how Eric calls them dumplins :-)

Vanessa's dumbling place looks interesting I'd prefer Beef Scallions and little garlic myself
Oh and get some Chinese food from Chinatown and get a Jamaican beef patty and a west Indian roti. All are best in NYC!
You folks should stop by L&B Spumoni Gardens in my neighborhood while you’re in Brooklyn. Best Pizza in New York if not the world.
WELCOME TO BROOKLYN! You guys doing Coney Island/South BK at all?
Please check out queens as well. More variety!
Go to Sweet Chick on Bedford Ave and try their General Tso's Chicken & Waffles.
Whoa!! Sad we missed that. Definitely bookmarking it for next time, thanks 🤤
