Lookin Good! I hope I got to you before 1/2 red pecs in the ground, might consider 1" - 1"-1/4" for the under ground air supply as you lose a lot of volume over that distance and hard to run an air inpact or air sprayer that needs cfm. Kinda like voltage drop... Hope that made some sense. Love the videos you do. I love the whole project and the energy you display. Ah the muscle of youth!!

Well you are a little late😀, I don’t plan on doing a lot of heavy maintenance in that garage, I will use the other building for that. Curious if a air storage tank would cure that problem in the case I did need more volume? Appreciate the comment as always but that youth seems to be leaving me rather quickly these days.

I guess I was late... dang. Half is going to be fine - don't want to rain on the parade.

Travis sadly common sense and good work ethic is falling to the wayside. Take care and thank you for your good videos.

I’ve wondered for a while now and just never asked, what did your father do for a living?

He was a maintenance technician his entire career, he fits the title of “Jack Of All Trades” pretty well

My father gave me words of wisdom years ago, he said a man that can do a little bit of everything will never go hungry. He was similar to your father.

So as a contractor we get busy or stretched too thin and bid in such a way to not have to worry about a call for work, so we put in bids that will provide enough $ to cover hiring outside help. We have Generals we work for all the time and they consume most of our time. If you are a onetime guy and I wonder, why you are looking outside your regular guy?

Ron appreciate the comment, I don’t have a regular guy for this type of project. I’m not a contractor just building this one for myself but have been heavily involved with real estate for the past 20 years. I am sure the last few years there have not been enough time in the day and I blame you not for taking care of your generals but I don’t think this was the case in my experience. Him being a younger contractor I just hope he considers the fact that the work load may not always be so plentiful and that one time guy may know a lot of people. Hope for continued success your way 👍🏻

You are absolutely right about building relationship. Even if I am not able to do the job, I will try to build a relationship. Good luck my friend, just do the best you can for your family. It is challenging but so worth all he heart ache you are experiencing...the project looks great, so you are doing a great job. Peace my friend.@@goodlucktrying21
