🌱🕊💚Loved this Oprah! Love the Ornishs & I love eating only plants for nearly 9 years now!! 🌱 Nothing that’s been tortured, cruelly raised, suffered & abused or has parents. I’m free & healthier than I’ve ever been. Thank you for passing on the peace. 🕊️ 🌱💚

Do u know that plans feel pain and “fear” when you collect/kill them and eat them? And that they have a protective mechanism to defend from “predators”? So you are not better than any carnivore, cruel too as the rest of us😉 (who eats everything- meat and plants)
