Qform qX.2: Shot out for Veteran's Day ~ Dancing Exit from buddY

As a veteran of health & fitness (~10yrs), I think a change up is good every now and then. Why do a video about Dancing when I'm not a dancer? To show the importance of trying new things! It's also something Different and a great way to get encouragement from others. There is a plethora of options out there that promote physical exercise, go try something new if you haven't done so this past year!
