Nicola Sturgeon gets in a muddle referring to trans rapist Isla Bryson as "her" before backtracking

- The First Minister also referred to the male-bodied sex predator as "she" while being grilled by journalists on whether Bryson is a man or a woman.
It comes amid a furious public backlash over authorities' handling of the double-rapist - who was referred to in court as a female with "her penis". Bryson was initially sent to a women's prison, despite no evidence "she" had legally changed gender, and suspicions the trans lifestyle may be a ruse.
Last week, Ms Sturgeon said that “I don’t have enough information" to determine if Bryson is a woman, and later said it was "almost certainly the case" that Bryson is not truly transgender.
There is no evidence that Bryson has obtained a Gender Recognition Certificate to legally change gender, and his ex wife and one of his rape victims have both said his identifying as a woman is a sham.

None of the laws they have introduced were asked for by any constituency member - they were just plucked out of thin air by the SNP. To think this is what Scotland has to offer, just look at her party and this person is at the top of it, say a lot for the future of such a small nation.
I am enormously proud of Scotland and being Scottish, but, I am also not blind to when Scotland is not so good. I never imagined Scotland, being the left leaning country that we used to be would turn in on itself and become its own worst enemy, and that one of the reasons Scotland has never become a Tory country since the 1950's was because we have watched the Tories turn England in on itself and become its own worst enemy. I am absolutely embarrassed and appalled at what the SNP have done to Scotland, but one of the things which angers me the most, apart from the hatred which has been encouraged in Scotland is our global reputation, as being a friendly and welcoming country, having been destroyed by Sturgeon and her army of hate mongers, because being a friendly and welcoming country is one of the things that makes me most proud of to be Scottish. We need to remember that the SNP only got into government because of what Tony Blair did to the Labour Party, and that is now being carried on by both Sarwar and Starmer, so we need a combination of good left wing independent candidates and parties to stand in opposition to the right wingers in our Parliament. I am starting to feel confident that Scotland is starting to return to our more traditional left wing politics.

You are right to say that the question should be as you stated. Under Scottish law it is only a man who can be convicted of rape, "Sexual Offences [Scotland] Act 2009", as passed by the Scottish parliament. The law defines a rapist as possessing a penis therefore this convicted rapist "individual" in his wig and pink frock cannot be a woman. It does demonstrate the incompetence of both the SNP and to some extent the media if no one has pointed this out during interviews.

Sturgeon should NOT delay her resignation for another single day - the more extra days she remains First Minister, the more damage to an already wrecked Scotland she is doing. I never used to think it was possible for Scottish people to ruin our own economy, because it takes a very particular type of hatred to do that to other countries, but an overwhelming hatred to do that to your own country.
