His opponent thought he missed, and later realized it was a trick shot.
Lmao. He was about to stand up and walk to the table 😂
Nice catch. So focused on Efren to notice.😁
I just watched it again man nice observation
He just repositioned his aching ass and back from too much seating
There will NEVER be another Efren Reyes
The legend...
His son
his son?
proud to be pinoy :) This man is not a LEGEND but A GOD OF BILLIARDS
You know why? He master the cusion,, learning from, " karambola", playing this is tuff, only 3 balls and no pocket, by hiring opponents, and the mother ball
🇵🇭😁
Simplesmente incrível ele é um mágico . Just incredible he is a magician.
I jus like watching him smile
He seems so happy
He’s great in my book, he made Earl Strickland smile and became friends. Not too common for “the pearl”.
Efren changed the level of pool forever. People are still trying to figure out his shot making skills. A movie about him would be nice!
A movie starring him coz there will be no other GOAT pool player to make those incredible shots. 😊
Never have i seen a Maestro player of this class.. Omg... Just loved his love for the game with such humbleness ..
This kind man always have a cheerful smile on his face :3
big big imagine being the best at what you love, and be financially supported by it.
@@JLRvirtuoso life winner :'
@@JLRvirtuoso he is not financially supported lol, he is planning to quit billards not due to his age ot declining eye sight but because travelling across the globe cost him a lot and this costs are far greater than his winnings so he just stopped playing for the world but for his hometown and for his people
Thats the secret man. Try it
@@kyreevlade31 age may be a factor too but as long Efren can hold a cue stick he'll never stop playing love that guy
It's pretty interesting that in 2018 Efren hasnt had any pressure on his shoulder and he's been playing like back in the 90's. he is not a legend, he's a pure genius pulling off all of his potential at this age
filodeusz he is been playing since 60's
If he's not the legend. Then who? Efren is known worldwide to be the best pool player ever lived.
As he said he is a pure Genius!
I wonder if there is still one shot Efren doens't know how to shot/pocket....
he's just too old to play sets of 15 he can win 3 games but more than 10 is too long for him with his age and all his physical abilities declined
Solo queda decir mil gracias por deleitarnos con su majestuosa magia que tenés en esta profesión Dios lo tenga por muchos años más de vida y seguir viéndolo jugar 😍 amor el pool saludos desde Colombia
3:47 i showed this to my foreign colleague, he said “lucky”, then i showed him more, he said “fcking genius!”
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He called that out ,so the chance it was a fluke is very low
look at 4:17 EFREN REYES even says 1,2, 3 and the CROWD laugh and thinks HE is JOKING
Wonderful shot men
with all his titles, championships and big matches won efren has always stayed humbled and kind, we love you efren♥
what's even more amazing is this is the OLD Reyes... just imagine the guy in his prime.
Which also means he has even more experience. And more time to perfect his craft. Like any fine wine, he gets better with age.
His prime was his 20's but he started playing abroad in his 30's. Imagine if theres a social media before
4:20 "1, 2, 3, and they all laughed"
no doubt the GOAT god of pool. no.1 greatest player to ever play in billiard history
3:47 just incredible he is a magician
... and the smile... You're just enjoying the game more than anyone ever can.
No one can reach efren yet earl level. Absolutely genius
WOW. Thank you for this. Its bring back good memory
This man is a pool genius..U never predict which ball he targets to put in which hole.it’s our luck to see "Efren Reyes" in our lifetime!!
Average player:*uses 100-300 worth cue*
The legendary goat:*uses a $10 cue from a little shop in philippines*
THIS MAN IS MY IDOL
i love it when people shout while I'm having goosebumps, what an amazing shot
I once a good player in billiard but that 3 cushion of 10 ball and then pocketed in the left corner was so unreal never ever I've seen that in my life ...Even the audience laughed so hard when he demonstrate how and where the 10 ball is going to be pockected at 4:12...IMPOSSIBLE SHOT...
It's just a little English. Lol
Clifford Riddle you cracked me up.🤣👍.
The Magician
Wow they literally did laugh at him when he said he would pocket it there
As a life long pool player this man never ceases to amaze me. What a fantastic player and a joy to watch him play this magical game.
Look at the cue ball everytime he make a shot, the defense, the magic he makes, the championships he won, the comment of everyone he competed against, the hustling he has done from young age, in his country he is a known hustler before competing international. You are watching the GOAT!
It gives a headache to the opponent knowing he uses $15 cue stick
the cue was a pampanga cue it cost him only $10 and he won the 1999 world pool championships in cardiff with it
Grumpy Creative lol dude the elites will blast u for that man.
A parrot, no matter where it goes, will always be green. 10$ or 100$ no difference (':
i stand corrected so it's more cheaper than i expected... Oh..
SKILL
True legends are the humblest. No one like him in this sports. Perfect Calculation and mastery of the pool table. I just wish he gets help for theraphy of his shoulders. Thanks for your support to Team PH despite your health limitations Manong Efren!
We are just so lucky that we have witnessed The Greatest Pool Player Of All Time Efren "The Magician/Bata" Reyes.
Now he just playing to show off ahah this man is a monster! Beast mode always with this guy! 👏 👏 👏
LEGEND, STAY HEALTHY AND LONG LIFE EFREN
This man has gigantic balls to risk pulling off these shots in freakin tournaments... or maybe they aint risky for him 😅 massive respect
It is a gambling game in his country. So he's use to the money on the line pressure
Most of these shots are from his farewell tour so it's not really a big money tournament rather it's just him having fun
@@asterarthur7335 yup. but he always do that trick shots and 3-4 rail bank shot in tournaments way back 01'
efren is the greatest pool player ever '!! it's not a treak it is a perfect calculation & mastery of the pool table, pool genius '!!
He never did magic tricks. Even Earl Strickland (who is also world famous for his skill for the game) had to finally stop saying "he just got lucky".
3:22 This shot never gets Credit. Tough 2 Cushion Bank shot with his LEFT HAND
Cry
Didn’t even notice he shot that with his left
Because that was fluke, like most of these shots
@@zielaq87 troll 😂😂😂
Because commentators are edgy against goats
simplesmente o melhor de todos os tempos até aqui!
Conhece o baianinho?ele mandou um abraço kkkkkkkk
What I like about Efren Reyes is a truly humble person. He is a saint!
Yes...role model ...always keep your feet on the ground and your head on your shoulders sports people now achieve one thing or a short time form and think they are no 1 already.
That last shot is just too good
He has to be very confident inside but to all people around him, he seems so low key and humble. That's the type of champion that I respect AND admire.
But sad to say, he is maybe last legendary player in billiard😣
Nakakalungkot po isipin..
@@kinoyksgaming4489 "TOTO Bata" will be the next ,, but not the same as efren.
Spayder
sana my anak sya.. na na training. rare lng ang galing ng Philippines sa billiards madaming magaling sa ibang sports
Hindi napo sya BATA SYA LNG NAG IISANG LEGEND SA BILLIARD
Efren bata is the best of all time on his career.
Watching Efren's videos have been my jam. How he tries and wants to execute creative shots. And his own reaction to his shots. Such a fun guy to watch.
No one can argue that bata makes billiards highly entertaining! Who wouldve thought that those are all calculated shots?! He knows his game like the back of his hand. He's born for the pool 🤘🔥
Love how wide his smile was after making one of these ridiculous shots
I restate, he is the best pool technician of all time.
I like his Farewell Games. He's just really having fun! Damn!
Liked before even watching.
No this man is reversing time. He first puts the ball in the hole and then hits it.
This is how the GOAT plays. He doesnt just pocket it, he plays with it with excellent precision.
Efren Reyes...brought in the pool the world! With Superb technicality!
1:56 It's overwhelming to see that he's also amazed of his shot here.
2019 here?
Si efren "bata" reyes pang bato sa sea games. 😍😊
Edit: "CAROM" GOOD LUCK SIR EFREN!!
di niya forte un carom pero atleast nakabronze
I love this kind of legend, put a smile with their sport, ronaldinho, reyes...
If this guy will go .... I'm gonna miss the legend of billiard.
Nah i want him live forever
you make me cry man
