Wow that is so simple! I’m patiently waiting for my grandson to appear so I now know what card I will be making when he is born. Amazing tutorial. Thank you xx
I made this card when you first posted this one Sam. It went all the way to America 🇺🇸 My friend really loved its quirky nature. Its a very clever design which is easy to put together. It looks really complicated when you first see it, but its not. Great instructions as ways. Thank you. X
Just had the good luck to find your channel, & I've been binge-watching your card tutorials. You've got a real talent for both paper engineering & teaching. Thanks so much for sharing your skills! :o)
Absolutely fantastic! Love how easy this was! You really helped me figure this out... (as you have with all of your tutorials). Thanks for making this!
I have seen this card on youtube and they made it look so hard but you made it look so easy and easy to follow thabks for all your wonderful videos. I watch everyone of them and always cant wait for the new video haha im so impantance.
Thank you for the easy to understand and detailed video...it’s the best one I’ve seen on making this card. The hard part for me was getting all the paper to coordinate. Question: How do people you send this card to know how to operate it? Thanks again.
I made three of these before being satisfied to give to someone. I don't know what I am doing wrong but it seems I can never them perfectly even. I keep having to shave off quite a bit. I love it however and will continue to make them till they come out right. Thanks for all of your tutorials. I love your work.
Sam, as always, your tutorial is awesome (I've used several different ones now - Thank you x. I am in the process now of using this tutorial to make a Mother's Day card for my 2 granddaughters to give to their mummy. I will post the finished item on Craftstash and perhaps Facebook. Look forward to read your comments on my version of your card xx
Fabulous! Thank you for sharing this with us; very kind. I really avoid those people who use UA-cam to merely hawk their wares/products or post a speedy video where no one can actually see the supplies they're using or learn anything.
Thanks Sam. That looks brilliant and i will definitely have a go. However i always struggle to find the written instructions - any tips on what to press or click on to find them?
You can find my link to my blog in the description box below the video, you will find the measurements there. I also have a Card Catalog tab, where you can find hundreds of my card designs. 😊
I made several before I finally got the folding correct but it was fun. I made both 1 inch and 12 inch cards which are loads of fun. Honestly I haven’t finished embellishing but the colors are in place. Thank you for sharing.
Sam thank you for this tutorial! But have you ever heard the song “this is the song that never ends”? Lol it’s a children’s song and is stuck in my head now! Great card! 😊❤️🤣
Brilliant and I love all the colors wow!! I have to try this I have a special bday card to do and this is fab!!! TYTY :) I will share it on my channel and link yours :)
Thank you that very kind of you, its such a fun card. I just popped in the envelope details, sorry forgot earlier. You need to follow guide for 6 x 6 card x
I see it is up on the blog now and I can make the x8 and the 6x6 and I will give you credit on my videos and link the video and blog for ppl to use as a reference :)
Lovely card, but I didn't like the way you have to keep turning the card around to keep the sentiment or graphic upright. Can't you place those graphics so they will not require turning the card each time you flip it?
These are the hardest card to make to get all the sections looking right😏 I just finished one and my brain was smoking by the time I finished. I even put new pieces over one section and it still wasn’t what I wanted. 😩
Right below the video is a description box, you may need to click on a small arrow to expand the box, just scroll down it says 'Blog post for this tutorial' all the measurements are there.
This card was a big hit in my family. Your instructions were so easy to follow. Thank you for sharing.

@@MixedUpCraft Oh ok. Me too
Lovely card, but I didn't like the way you have to keep turning the card around to keep the sentiment or graphic upright. Can't you place those graphics so they will not require turning the card each time you flip it?
Hi Donna, you can place the dies and embellishments anyway you like this is just how I done mine. Glad you like.
8x8 inches or cm???? Which measurement do you use?
Always in inches x
These are the hardest card to make to get all the sections looking right😏 I just finished one and my brain was smoking by the time I finished. I even put new pieces over one section and it still wasn’t what I wanted. 😩
vous tournez la carte 10 fois , mais les morceaux de papiers imprimés se collent tout seul !!
