i think you can catch at least 4 uni's ( happen to me ) one in the north 144/798, one somewhat south of there 38/66, then one south of there 41/-444 and at your favorite waterfall spot e.g.107/-874, at a minimum you can catch 3 uni's and 2 trophy's, i go with the twitch how deep you go does not seem to matter much in my experience .......good hunting

I haven't used a rig but with the barbless jig 6 times now when they get kinda close to the boat and come out of the water I get the fish escaped due to low line tension.
Had that happen twice myself I just keep pole up high and they quit getting off.
I started using the orange rod with the corolina rig ... No fish loss and able to look where the fish is going .

Great spot for Goliath and regular tiger fish is at the water fall, throw close to rocks on the left side right past the barrier

@@SoopaDaveGaming I tried yalls spot in the last part of the video, going right on the map instead of left to the waterfal, I caught 2 nile perches, but I've been overwhelmed with catfish there. They are eating my bottom rigs and shad baits lol
Yeah if you use a bigger hook you wont catch as many perch. Last time I was there I caught 12 Unique Nile Perch before I got a catfish using a #14/0 hook.
@@SoopaDaveGaming I've been using 10/0 barbless for bottom and bobber poles, and 8/0 barbless jig for shad lure

Probably #10/0 but they seem slower on bobber

Yeah it just how many times that you have leveled up past max level
Tip use a kayak it's a blast and you pull them in quicker
Sounds fun but I dont have any issue pulling them in on the boat, also don't feel like rowing the boat that far

You can only get it from hitting level 80
I've got a couple a trophy.. But not any uni... Idk if it's something in doing wrong.. But I've noticed aswell my xp ain't going up that much anymore am at level 59..i have 37 days left at Congo.. But not a single uni perch.. I have caught a couple uni Tigers.. But they seem to elusive now

I've just been using the north spot with a jig head and changing days. Made it from level 55 to 71 and now can't catch a fish in that spot anymore. Did I break fishing planet?
No sometimes it just gets streaky, happens to all of us, if gets slow just try moving around

Depends on reel, but I always just try to keep right above the bottom
Looking to get a DLC to earn money and get good rods should I get the Congo discovery DLC or the Amazon carnival pack.
Highly recommend congo dlc and go for tiger fish , a ton of money by the end of the trip. 200k per full net.

I don’t understand wtf I’m doing wrong 🤦🏻♂️ this was working great for about 3 rounds. Then all of a sudden NOTHING is biting. Might get a young perch every 10 minutes or so. Not many other ppl in my lobby are catching anything either.
Did you advance time after you caught 3?
@@SoopaDaveGaming yes through probably 6 days. I took an hour break (maybe rage quit but we don’t talk about it) and came back and caught 1 uni and no bites. I left the game about 6 times total hoping it would help. Even someone in the lobby said they feel like something is up

I dont know if youll see this but i am not a content creator but i have broken this by a long shot literally almost 100k experience in one morning peak 3 uni perch if you would like me to share im more then willing i dont want any money or anything i have found a rediculous set up and catch 3 unique perch q run

So you need a 12/0# offset with a ruby pink 6" shad and a carolina rig i suggest a high pound spinning rod i catch nothing but trophies on it currently fiahing right now with a buddy testing lower set ups and its not effiecient lol but i used your farm spot and two other unique spots on this map on this video i catch the trophies and uniques i wish i could share the photos but i have it down to where i catch 3 uniques before 6 am in the first morning then i leave and come back to the map tight lines
do these spots still work im getting very little even in peak times, stupid updates change stuff, hope im wrong
