Adele's voice sends chills down my arms every single time. She is one of the most talented singers of all time.
Believe I read she wrote this song to her child about the divorce she recently went through. Its a great song and it will definitely pull on your heart strings.
She was very young when she became famous and didn't have the chance to live and experience life. It is about her divorce and apologizing to her son. She gave her husband the house across the street so her son still had relationship with his dad.
Kids have no idea how difficult marriage can be at times,and how some parents try to stick it out for their children,and how much of themselves they sacrifice.I get it when she tells her kids to go easy on her...
Even more soulful and pain. My children are in their late 30's I will die 1000 deaths 😢 for my children. Keep up the judgemental attitude.

It is correct that she wrote this song for her only child, a son. It was a very difficult decision for her to divorce her husband and she still cares for him. She wanted her song to understand when he was old enough to grasp the meaning of this song for him. 💔

Whether you're personally down with the style of her stuff or not, everybody got to recognize she has some kind of crazy-insane voice. She can tone-switch like nobody's business. Auto-Tune has nothing on Adele; it's just a shoddy imitation of what she can do for real.

No she isn't. This has actually been analyzed. She gets a bit sharp quite often...BUT...the way she sounds is "pleasing to the ear". She's perfectly, imperfect.

Adele has a voice that makes you feel her songs. That voice draws you into her world.
The song is about her marriage with her ex husband who she had a child with. They've recently divorced, but she still cares about him. She's basically saying she was young with they got married and she didn't really live her life, and she gave everything to her husband and her child but never herself. So she asking him to be easy on her for her decision to leave.

When you hear her live you will be blown away! Defiantly no auto-tune for her! She is one of those singers that comes around once in a century with just a perfect voice! Not a bad tune from her at all! This album was written so when her son grows older he will understand how much he is loved and her divorce was not his fault. This album is very very soulful for sure! Others have more uptempo songs and they are all great! Worth reacting to more for sure!
