I did this last night. It didnt turn out that crazy great as i wanted. I have a silly hair whorl right above were the top braids were meeting and i looked bald there when i was done. So anoying haha Also my hair is not nearly as long as yours but i had to try anyway and was rather proud of my self that i managed to recreate this amazing hairstyle :)
My hair just brushes me shoulders (I had it cut up to just below my ears about four months ago) and I really want to try this out. It might be awkward because of my hair length but I'll try my best anyway ^.^
Fantastic tutorial! I'd love to do this version of Dany's braids, but my hair laughs at ponytails. Have you done Cersei's small-council style yet? It's some sort of half-up braided bun, but I can't find any pictures of the back so I can't be sure.
Do you think this hairstyle would be appropriate for a male version of a Daenerys (Astapor) Cosplay? After seeing this, it would be doable, but since I´m male and want to be recognized as a Daenerys, but don´t be mistaken for a girl, I´m not sure if this would be fitting. Please let me know what you guys think.
