So when I worked for a company framing houses it was against the rules to modify any tools one example is the saw you can’t have a cord longer than the 6ft cord they provide when you buy it due to it drawing to much power so is there some thing your doing different? Let me know I have 5 skill saws and every cordless super saw from the name brands I’ve never had to run a cord that long directly from my saw. I have been working in construction since I was a little kid about 6 years old I’m 29 now never have I seen someone on the job site have the need for that running a 100 foot cord and the 6 ft cord unsually can reach anywhere around a house even if the generator is on the street you have a spider box you can run off of. Seriously would just like to know what the need for this is thanks.
