"Tied" expresses the struggle of feeling trapped and controlled by external forces, yearning for freedom, and a genuine sense of self. It portrays the desire to break free from the expectations and pressures that have dictated the singer's life, and the fear of the unknown that accompanies that longing for liberation. Furthermore, it was written by DANELIYA, Eestbound, Bryn McCutcheon, Kirstyn Johnson & Augustwoton. She started singing when she was 10 years old. In 2017, she auditioned for and won season 4 of The Voice Kids Ukraine. She was Kazakhstan’s first-ever participant at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Belarus, finishing 6th overall. In 2019, she competed in the lone season of The World’s Best, finishing in the top 8. In June 2020, she auditioned for America’s Got Talent. She advanced to the live shows, and then to the Finals. She finished in the Bottom 5 of the Top.

"This song marks the first time I'm opening up about my life story to my audience. Prior to this, I never felt the need to express my emotions, fearing the vulnerability it would bring. Writing about your fears, feelings and constructing a song based on your inner emotions had made me realise how important it is to share your story with your core fans.“Tied” is about my past experiences as an artist, who maybe got exposed to this business too early and therefore never had a chance to fully develop my own opinion and creativity. I cannot wait for you guys to sing this story with me" - DANELIYA
Que bom que voltou a reagir a Daneliya. Ela está concluindo os estudos em Boston esse ano e está impulsionando sua carreira. Disse que só vai trabalhar seus originais e há muitos por vir. Essa música fala sobre um período superado onde ela não tinha voz sobre os processos criativos. Ela agora está muito atuante na criação das músicas e vídeos. Tied tem um clipe oficial lindo, que representa bem a letra. Na sequência temos "Cynical" bem diferente e eu adorei. Daneliya começa a voar.
