DIY Coilover Kit for my 62 FORD Galaxie, Retrofitting a QA1 GM Type Coilover Kit to Fit my FORD

My Galaxie has DIY coil over front suspension. It is not DIY in the same way that the coil over kit is on my Mustang where I made all the pieces, but it is DIY in that I modified a GM kit to work on my Ford. The kit I chose is a QA1 kit that works with a lot of GM application. It was ALMOST a direct bolt in on my old Ford but I did have to fabricate a reinforcement/spacer plate to mount the bottom shock mount to. I believe this same kit could be used for 61-64 Galaxies.
