      Its hard to tell what is going wrong solely from your comment, but you could try to carefuly hit the tines a little bit harder. Also frequently check on the app if the pitch changes after hitting it a few times. Hopefully this helps you, goodluck!

    My kalimba is tuned to 433 hertz almost 432 but i did a thing were i set my keyboard at kalimba instrument and the first octave sound really out of tune and the second octave and i think it would match perfectly with my kalimba so i can play Stuff on it

    When tuning you have to be a little careful with the pitch. If you tune every note to be 0 cents, every note will be out of tune. Its kinda complicated music theory.

    Do you have a tutorial of the song you are playing?

    • @BargainBeasts
      @BargainBeasts  9 місяців тому

      Currently not, however the song is called Pipa Language. There are a lot of great tutorials on youtube. I can recommend the tutorial from Simple Kalimba, that is the one I personaly used to learn this song. Hope this will help you :)

    Hey! Thank you so much for the reels😊 Can I also change the tuning of my kalimba? For example, mine comes in the G tuning but I would like to have a lower sound, can I tune it to other note by using the tuning app?

    • @BargainBeasts
      @BargainBeasts  7 місяців тому

      Hello! You are welcome :) I got to say that I unfortunately do not have much experience with the different types of tuning. I have looked in the app but I saw no clear option for different styles of tuning. I think it could be possible by comparing youre notes on the app with a website that shows you which notes you should have for that particular style if that makes sense. Furthermore I could recommend finding different apps that do support different styles of tuning. Sorry that I couldn't give you a more clear and satisfying awnser but as I said I am not so familiar with tuning you're kalimba in different styles. Thank you for you're response and goodluck!

    hello! what do i do if i made A into a#? how to go back to a?

    • @BargainBeasts
      @BargainBeasts  8 місяців тому +2

      In order to go back to A, you could try to carefully hit the key downwards with your tuning hamer. Make sure you are doing it correctly by using the app. Goodluck! :)

    But how do you know wich number you have to reach for each key because when it's simple letters ok it's C so i have to reach C but when it's C with 1 or 2 point what should I reach ?

    • @BargainBeasts
      @BargainBeasts  5 місяців тому

      Still try to reach for C. I can't quite explain it in musical terms but there is a specific c tone for both tines. The higher C isnt reachable with the lower tine (1), vice versa. So if you aim for C in the app it will be ok. There unfortunately is no option to distinguish the two but keep the above in mind.Hope this helps you, otherwise you could try to find a better explanation on the internet.

    how do I purposefully tune it up? I want to turn my B into B# but I don’t know when to stop hitting it

    • @BargainBeasts
      @BargainBeasts  6 місяців тому +1

      In order to tune it to B# you can go to tuner settings in the SoundCorset app, once here you can select the # icon in order to tune it to B#. When it turns green at B#, you should stop hitting it. Goodluck!

      Hey! Are you looking for a specific note on your kalimba? Check the tines for labels or use a tuning app to find the right key. Let me know if you need more help!

    I cant find the app 😢

    • @BargainBeasts
      @BargainBeasts  7 місяців тому

      Hmmm strange, the app should be available on both Apple and Android. If you can't find it on the play- or appstore you should be able to find it via their website: www.soundcorset.com. Hope this helps you, goodluck!
