In the midst of so much meditation which I love something is off with us because we support a system that throws away to the streets like the homeless & most of us don't see them. We only see our busy robotic manic lives. Most of us don't see the injustices of the system we support the way the system gives opportunities to some but not to others

I was once laying on my bed opening doors inmy mind seeing ablack room be hind the doors I was doing this in an effort to throw off some thing that had beenbothering I got to the last door and prepared to walk into the blackerss, and some thing scared the bejeezus out of me, i haven't tried that again, as to the focusof this video, 've decided happiness is a choice,I can make every day, along with this understanding i have decided every body is my friend, until they prove thy're not. imagine treating everyone you meet as a friend, it makes life better. as to religion i'vecome to the realization there is no right way to believe there is only one way to be.

Suffering from the mouth noises and film ghosts in this video. It's a lesson and a practice. Out of many choices on UA-cam, I pick this.

I came across a practice which has helped me a lot.
Attempting to stop the worry about how a situation will turn out, I can choose to ask, “What if the best possible outcome were to occur? I can pause for a moment and “step into” that feeling. (The best possible outcome has occurred . . . how does that feel to me?)
I feel somewhat lighter when I do this practice. And often, a really good or better than expected outcome does occur!

Wonderful blessed teaching. My heart is full. Tara I respect you very much. By the way, I'll make a momentary superficial comment: 64? No way! I'm not flattering you, I promise. The truth is I'd guess you 20 years younger. It has to be your peaceful, clean life. I'm going to be a good-looking old fox!! Keep teaching me peace so I can be a sweet young thing like you! Hahaha thanks!

I was suffocating. I had it up to my neck. I stood there without purpose. The vision was blury and the words lost meaning. I found myself in silence soaking the sun and air and peace. I was grounded at home with space to fill. I am breathing free.

Poem at end says "live forever", but with global warming, very little life on Earth may go on. Does she address anything besides personal peace? Maybe I missed something... I'm extremely distracted by the possible end of the world 🕊️🌍🌏 🌎
