1 in 3 person that lives in Monaco is a millionaire... that sounded crazy to me so I decided to fly there and interview the locals to figure out: 1) how they got rich and 2) what it’s like to live in the world’s wealthiest country.

If people say no to be filmed. You shouldn't post their face and voice
Americans don’t understand that
@@Melanie-rp4gg I think there is some truth to that. He also said "we were recording their voices for our own safety". It seems like they think their laws are still valid in other countries.. lol. at least it kind of seems that way. while I think it is good to record in this case etc. in some countries that is not allowed. and you can get into big trouble for things like that. like nobody cares about the constitution in Idk. turkmenistan, they cust cut both of your hands off, legally when youre stealing or something

They are willing to spend that much money on a tiny apartment because they need to own real estate to get residency, which then allows them to obtain the tax benefits. And then on top of that, they rent out the apartment -- so for them, it is a no brainer.
You have to live there 10 years to do that. Money isnt the only thing helping here. Or else that place would be filled with millionaires (more than 30k population i mean)
not quite
Do you recognize how much multi millionaires save cause of the "NO INCOME TAX" thing in Monaco.. Almost every F1 Driver for example live there, becaue they have a high but rationalised Salary. They save so fuckin lots of money.
Not only, it is also a very good place to meet other rich people. You could also say the taxes come out in rents and higher prices are set against the tax relief. Plus it is just demand, you can own an apartment and not be a citizen.
These videos are so interesting! I'm glad a few people actually shared some of the reasons they came to Monaco and how they built their wealth. Where are you going to do this next? - Adaire
These are your best videos. Please do more and deeper 1-1 interviews w some of the people
Nobody can become financially successful over night. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals.
A lot of people are born wealthy
Nah, financial success requires both skill.. But also alot of luck.. If you want to be a millionaire, you need to work hard knowing you may not ever reach the price. And if you don't value the journey, you'll have a midlife crisis in your hands.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $121k ROI, and this does not include capital.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

Almost everyone, including the media, is anticipating a market catastrophe, and as a result, many are turning a blind eye to the opportunities in the market. I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, maximize it

I’ve been to Monaco before, it’s a very small yet big bubble, where people aren’t truly happy. It can be disgusting because its a “fake” life. People in this world are too unfair hahah
Like the rest of south east of France tbh
TRUTH these people are inherently miserable and soulless that's why there purchases are so extreme 😢 wealth can not buy happiness
why aren’t they happy?
Yes a lot of grumpy people in Monaco, but there are some nice people as well. I think of Monaco as a place to be around other wealthy people and not have to worry about being around undesirables like you would be in other places. It is a good place to seclude yourself and be left alone. Unlike other places where if you are driving a supercar you have people follow you or try to damage your car like they do in Los Angeles because they're angry with their life.

I think another reason why Filming the "public" is illegal is because a lot of people spend several dozens to hundred thousand of dollars so no one knows just how wealthy they are.
