Before you installed the rubber bushings, did you place the shoe in its neutral or centered position? The rubber bushings will be over torqued if you don't do this. Also all the bushings should be replaced at the same time including the rear ones and they should be installed without any lubrication.

Good point we did center the shoe when we replaced the rubber bushings the bushings have stood up well thanks for comment
