One of the earliest x86 based game consoles. The sound system is also very similar to that of a Sega CD, with a Ricoh RF5c68 and a Yamaha YM2612.
Also, Wikipedia says it can run Windows 95, so you might be able to consider this a predecessor of the Steam and XBox consoles of today.
