Disney makes all lifeguards scan a walk around look at all times… even when unoccupied. They do it at all resorts too.

I'll be 33 this month, and the Disney cruise my family went on when I was in middle school, is still one of my favorite memories🙌🙌❤️

Just an FYI Your sail date must be within 15 days of the current date before it is available for registration in Safe Passage. So you can’t register or order your tests too soon.

Yahoo! Nightlights in the bathroom! About time. Still, sounds like there are a tremendous number of design oversights and snafu's on board. Have not yet sailed the Wish but still gotta believe that the Fantasy will stay my favorite... at least it has a full circumference track on deck 4.
Thanks for sharing these! Just booked my 2023 cruise on the Wish and I'm excited to see there will be some more out-of-the-way places to hideout and relax. In the next video, can you explain a bit more about the barbery bar? I can't tell if the barber shop is merely the entrance to the bar, or if you can only get a drink with a barber service. Thanks!

i got back from a disney cruise yesterday, but i was on the disney dream, but that's still pretty good considering it is about the same size as the disney fantasy. i also learned quite a lot about the disney cruise line on that cruise

@Adam Efimoff No, it comes with 4 drinks, a behind the scenes tour of skywalker ranch and character escorts around/off the ship.

@@KrazyLoveless From what I saw (someone posted a vid of their ordering it), each of the four drinks isn't a cocktail, but a rare liquor or wine (difficult to produce, or only a few left in the world, etc.). So these are things that would cost you several hundred or a thousand dollars each anyway, off the ship. I've no idea how much a backstage tour of Skywalker Ranch costs (or if it's even available to the public in any other way), so determining the value of the experience definitely lies in "do you enjoy rare liquors" and "do you enjoy elite access to restricted, private areas".
The Hyperspace shows the failer of the hotel. Something like this in a space themed hotel would be much better.
Same passenger load as Fantasy and Dream, but slightly larger ship. Have fun....I'm moving to adult only cruising.

Secret number one the Aladdin musical is not ready for the upcoming trips. So despite it being the first show advertised you won’t get to see it. Enjoy the little mermaid and that’s it.
Little mermaid would be my first!! But can’t get on a ship seasick sucks
They also have the new show starring captain Minnie that basically replaces the golden Mickeys for this ship. So there are at least 2 shows lol but Aladdin is my favorite 😍

all my friends in did all the testing and came back clear but caught covid on the ships and came back very ill they said it made a change from getting a bad tum

This is 2023, Are covid tests still required ? We cruise the end of August
I think lots and lots people who want to go on the new Disney Wish will be tested negative for COVID-19 and only one two three will be tested positive, because COVID-19 is endemic now. As I've heard, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Disneyland is going to open up again and start giving princess makeovers to little girls again on the 25th day of August and the new Disney Wish is going to start sailing this Friday.
lol are the costumes still super itchy on the ships like they are in the parks? poor kiddos hate wearing them after an hour their so itchy in the parks

I am so sick and tired of having to make reservations to do anything Disney related. I made a reservation to be ON THE SHIP. I shouldn’t then have to go making reservations to go to places on the ship I already reserved a spot on! Also, who was the one that decided to make what they knew would be such a popular space so SMALL!? I just don’t get it. It’s an amazing ship and I love DCL but my fear is the cruise line is going the same direction as the parks, and I actively avoid the parks now as they’re just not worth the hassle anymore and it genuinely pains me to say that 🤦🏼♀️

I agree! Such a large ship and yet they didn’t think ahead to make a larger space for a popular themed lounge??? I feel like at this point they do it on purpose to make people feel like it is exciting bc it’s almost exclusive.
To put things in perspective it's kinda a nessisary evil. In the parks if they didn't have the option to make reservations then you would likely spend most of your trip standing in lines for a restaurant you may or may not get into. In regards to the cruise ship they have better control over the guest population and when you buy a ticket that should come with automatic reservations at accommodate anyone on the ship that wants them. Let people make reservations right away at the time of ticket purchase since some people might not want to spend the extra money on paid restaurants they can better control it. With that said they definitely dropped the ball on themed experiences on the ship. The Star Wars bar should have been much larger.
@@jasonhensley2452 I already do nothing but mostly stand in line, even with the reservation system. They need to put a REASONABLE cap on the number of people allowed in everyday but they’ll literally never do it. Imagine walking down Main Street and being able to extend both of your arms at your side without hitting 18 people in the face lol. Never gonna happen, unfortunately. All good though, it is how it is 🥰

The lack of running track annoys me to no end but also that they took away an adult area (satellite falls) and turned it into a quiet pool for "families".
If you test negative for COVID-19 you don’t have to be vaccinated correct? I just want to make sure I have the information right🙂 I want to take a Disney Cruise.
It sounded like you have to be vaccinated and test negative 48 hours prior to sailing.

Because being vaccinated doesn't keep you from getting or carrying the disease. It just helps with making sure you don't get really sick. In December my family got Covid. Me, my mom, and my dad are vaccinated and only had mild symptoms and were fine in a week. My brother is not vaccinated and he ended up in the hospital (on Christmas) and he still has breathing problems.
@@caitlynskiff2001 I get that. But the fact I’m going to spend thousands of dollars on a trip and get a jab I don’t want to get and still might possibly test positive and all of it is over is ridiculous.
@@thejoshwileychannel I agree it would really suck to go through all of it and not get to go on the cruise, but a lot of it is a precaution for not only you, but other people as well. Plus I don't think the vaccine requirement is gonna change anytime soon.
