I am surprised how of an improvement has the 24 ultra has seen, clerly a better shooter in all scenarios. As usual Danny being an apple fanboy still supporting apple even it is lagging behind.
I think the iphone and the Pixel are a clear step above Samsung's fuzzy mess, especially visible in trees. It does better with scenes with less detail.,
9:48 My Pixel 7 Pro takes much, much better moon photos than this image of the Pixel 9 Pro XL, when I use the Pixel 7 Pro at 15x (not 30x, which has a very bad algorithm on the 7 Pro), at least if it's not a crescent moon which would make the camera app choose analog binning. Google has downgraded the periscope camera because in contrast to 7 Pro/8 Pro, the 9 Pro XL always uses analog binning for 10x-30x photos(unless you choose the 50 megapixel mode), resulting in 2.48 megapixel dng files at 10x whereas the 7 Pro gives you 11.4 megapixel at 10x, if the light conditions are decent.
Wow, even though I'm going for the Pixel because of software, you can't deny the quality of the Galaxy s24. Amazing stuff by Samsung, they're nailing it. I'm not a pixel peeper so I'm happy with the pixel, but if anyone asks me who has the best camera, it's the s24 hands down. Great review, very in depth and neutral.
Have been using Pixel 6 for almost 3 years. Although their photos and videos from the camera app are in par with other flagship, their video call quality on Whatsapp and other apps feels like I'm in 2010. Would love to know if Google has fixed it with the Pixel 9 series.
Seems Google still hasn't gotten rid of the noise. It was pretty bad as well on the 7pro and 8pro. But with gcam and custom libs you were able to tune it out.
The Samsung comes with a pro mode where you can adjust the setting and, in my opinion, drastically improve over the auto mode in many conditions. The iPhone does not have that. It would be great to compare the best picture these phones can take. If adjusting the settings manually can improve the shot, then it certainly suggests the company can do it too through a software.
I've been a samsung user for 9 years, and previously iPhone, but no way you're telling me night time video looks better on those, the Pixel kills it. What are you guys watching? Btw i watched this video on my 4k tv
@dannywinget any chance of a camara test but label them the wrong phones eg label s24 ultra photos iphone 15pro max etc, just so we can prove how much brand sways people preception
I'm an owner of a 15 Pro Max, and I legitimately WANT the Android phones to do better because I started out as an Android fanboy and I like competition. But I feel like the iPhone is still the most consistent. It's not the most realistic necessarily, but it produces a certain look that doesn't really change much, regardless of which lens you're using. The Pixel selfies are great, but I feel like all the back camera images are over-exposed. Sometimes the Samsung looks more realistic, but sometimes it looks extremely over-saturated, and Samsung still struggles with the slow shutter speed which causes motion blur. I feel like the iPhone pretty much always looks like what the world looks like when I'm wearing my sunglasses, and while that's not extremely realistic, it's also not a bad thing. Also I agree with people saying it doesn't really make sense to show the Video Boost capabilities. I understand why it's brought up to begin with, but It's like comparing edited video to straight-out-of-camera, except the edited video is done in Google Photos automatically. You can argue that it's a Pixel-exclusive feature, but it still requires Google Photos. It's not doing the processing on the phone. And that means eventually you're going to have to pay extra money to continue to use Video Boost. Eventually you're going to run out of Google Drive storage, or Google could start charging for Video Boost in general (like they're already planning for Gemini Advanced).
Definitely noticed the noise in the pixel 9 pro xl photos after doing some camera tests. It sucks because it's a big downgrade since the 6 pro, but It mostly noticeable taking photos in clear skies only.
I was under the assumption that pixel was going to low away the others but tbat isnt the case at all. I think the s24u aand ipbone did better in a lot of the photos.
The s24 ultra got a new update and i noticed that the colors are really true to life. Especially the yellow color, now it looks really good and skin tone. I think color accuracy is finally fixed on the s24 ultra.
It's unfair to compare the Pixel's Boosted videos, which go to the cloud and get processed for hours, to the other two, which give you a consistent result immediately - particularly the iPhone.
I'm a Samsung user, but I've always liked how the iPhone pics look since about the 13, and now I just like the Pixel. At a quick glance, I was drawn to the Pixel for almost every photo here. Samsung over-processes and although many pics look really good, Samsung struggles with colour vibrancy in low-light from many generations ago. I use Samsung mostly because of the software, watch integration and stuff like Samsung Notes and will unlikely change, however I'm not too convinced to update handsets anymore. Samsung pics usually look like they were taken on a mobile phone whereas the iPhone and Now the pixel, many photos have the style of a DSLR.

What you mentioned about the Huawei sounds interesting. Some good comparisons to look forward to when the new iPhone appears
Outstanding work. We need to get you over the hump with 3K more subs bro
Seems Google still hasn't gotten rid of the noise. It was pretty bad as well on the 7pro and 8pro. But with gcam and custom libs you were able to tune it out.
The iPhone is the best OVERALL camera package. It's strong in all areas.
Fact ✔️⚡️
Nah, that will be the S24U
Fact and for gaming too
Keep dreaming
@@RagingBad keep crying 😂
I think you're right with all the good press it's getting, they will definitely listen to reviewers and tweak the settings.
The Samsung comes with a pro mode where you can adjust the setting and, in my opinion, drastically improve over the auto mode in many conditions. The iPhone does not have that. It would be great to compare the best picture these phones can take. If adjusting the settings manually can improve the shot, then it certainly suggests the company can do it too through a software.
please do a night comparison b/w iPhone 15 pro max vs Samsung s24 ultra vs *Vivo x100 ultra*
Foogle Pixel 9 Pro XL made my vacation footage steps up into the next level. Get Pixel and thank yourself later
Foogle is crazy 💀
@usmanjs7621 lmaoooo
Great. Really looking forward to the iPhone 16 Pro/Max!
prawdopodobnie pierwszy nieopłacony test. brawo.
Pixel with worse night mode now but better video is a funny flip from the past few years. I think it's a more important focus so that's good
You makes the Best camera comparison video
Really helpful
Ur hardwork clearly visible
I hope u will never stop making videos like this
God bless you
😮 Iphone 15 pm killer at night on 5x 10x even 25x was the best !?
I've been a samsung user for 9 years, and previously iPhone, but no way you're telling me night time video looks better on those, the Pixel kills it. What are you guys watching? Btw i watched this video on my 4k tv
iPhone has the most accurate, consistent, and the least "processed" processing.
Without camera, what else is left for Pixel? Google uped the price without corresponding improvement to match
Love my s24 ultra 1 tb ❤
@dannywinget any chance of a camara test but label them the wrong phones eg label s24 ultra photos iphone 15pro max etc, just so we can prove how much brand sways people preception
That's a great idea!
Don't forget that the pixel have 7 years of support from them. So everything can be improved as time goes on.
Super vidéo de comparaison 👍🏻 je vote pour iPhone 15 pro max 1eme place🏆, le 2ème place Google pixel 9 pro max👍🏻
I am glad to see how well the orbs are suppressed on the S24U, you can always tell Iphone videos with these orbs ...
Don't forget shutter lag on Samsung. Gave up on their devices just because of blurry useless pictures of anything with even slight movement
watching it from my i phone 15 pro max❤
The only thing i am interessted in is: RAW. I just ordered the pixel 9 pro. Hope it will nail it. Untouched, not even sharped what ever -->RAW
@dannywinget, when you do Portraits, can you walk back or forward for the Pixel shots so we get the same framing to compare.
