I'm pretty sure you are through metro out the window. Once metronidazole comes in contact with the water in the food mix it has about an 8 hour life span then is is gone. You can do what you did but you must use it within 8hrs.
Was gonna comment about that before i saw yours. True... once metro gets damp, you cannot preserve. Plus, shrimp is not ideal for white and yellow discus. They will turn pink.
Good mix but in m'y experience regardless how much you mince your end up with pieces of shrimp in the tank that the discus don't chew. So I sometimes add salmon to the mix instead.
+Discus Girl I do think shrimp is good for them and they like it. But the texture of shrimp can be a little rubbery or chewy even trying to mince very fine some chunks seemed too chewy for the discus and they tried breaking them down unsuccessfully. If you don't get leftovers then it's great as your recipe looks very good. You have lovely fish.

Can I substitute the skinless peas with organic baby food peas? I just don't care much for the monotony of "pea smashing". Btw, this was epic!
