When we saw the show, after that scene the blue guy with the marshmallow volcano snatched some ladies purse and stuffed his creation in it then he gave it back to her XD
My family and I went to their concert in las vegas. I was really young, but I will never forget that experience! My favorite was when they were doing the; gumball and marshmellow, drums w/ paint, and the captian crunch XD. I met them, and they all stamped their blue paint on my right and left cheek and my forehead XD.
@DoIt4Jonny Yep, they started doing that on the current North American tour, as well as the new "Now More Wow" shows. I saw them in Stockholm in late September / early October last year (a short run), when they sold the spin art in the lobby afterwards. I've also seen a taping of the reunion show in April this year (plus, in July, I saw the new material for myself both on the tour AND New York), and by that time, they gave away the art to someone on the first or second rows (usually to kids).
@bluemangroupsurrey When I went to a concert in Boston they handed the painting one to one of my schoolmates who was in the front row. The other Blue Man gestured another one of my schoolmates to pass up her purse, she did and he put the marshmallow into her purse!
@HarvestmanMan the song at very beginning is opening mandelbrot, Klein is at end with the dopla drums they take guy backstage and hang him upside down ( even though thats pre recroded ) not sure what year this is from but VERY early when the venue first opened.
@idoIsrael $60 last time I was at the Vegas show, but you have to be there really early to get it the second the act is over I've learned. I was waiting in the lobby about halfway through the show (it's practically impossible to get one from your show unless you leave during it) and there were already two people in line to buy it. I've never been able to get one yet. I'm assuming other venues would be different and depends on the night, but they usually aren't just lying around after the show.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the song that plays during this called Klein Mandelbrot? Also, what year is this from? I saw it in Toronto in spring 2007.
@pyrothesis1 i went in boston last month and they gave it away in the audience immediately after they made it...i had first row seats but got nothing :(
@bluemangroupsurrey yea sadly now. at lease in the new Chicago show or any of the updated shows they give it to the person siting right in front. I was upset cause i was planning on buying it til he just handed it off -_-
I have one of those gumball paintings :) got it from a show in chicago

Jaime Romero same happened with me. I think those moments must be staged. 😂

They sell it at the merchandise stand at the end of the show, first come first serve basis.
