Texas has the most tornado activity in the US. Especially in the area that Medford is supposedly located in. (medford is fictional but it would be in the north eastern part of the state)
IMO Mandy's mom was/is the worst character in season 6. Every time she speaks, she try's to put someone down, all sarcastic every time. While here Dad is the most friendly and kind character in season 6.
It is very possible that Mandy got remarried, in which case it could be awkward for her to go to Sheldon's wedding. Also, having 2 of Georgie's ex's at the wedding would be really awkward!
