The difference is that you actually have more freedom and choice as an adult. Not that many people are like Paris Hilton who have tons of money and don't really have to work cos they were born rich. Ngl, compared to when I was a child... I would never go back to being a kid again. People tell you what to do half the time for their own convenience rather than because of what you need personally. I stayed up late at night as a teen cos it was the only time no one would talk to me. I was absolutely sick of it. So, tbh. It's more like some aspects of adulthood suck. But the rest is like an upgraded version of the freedom you got as a kid.

At first, it was just encouragement for husband boring their wives in bedroom. Then used to encourage boyfriends to be daring with their Valentine present for their girlfriend and surprise her instead of just chocolate every year. Next it was for boys who were too shy to even hold hands or give a girl a hug without asking for permission for everything first. That way, the hug felt more natural instead of being compelled into giving consent. Point is, this advice isn't applicable to ALL situations, but in CERTAIN situations such as this, it's better for the guy to bang, dump, and then run rather than getting friendzone off the bat. Yes, I know it sounds wrong when I put it that way, but that is the logic for some guys.
