The child playing ceecee is always smiling. I know they cut and refilm but she always seems to be having fun. Never even just normal kid face, always happy. Hope she really is that happy.

It was the 1980s, men did not take their wives last name. I like this show, but sometimes it brings up conflicts that never would of happened during the 80s. Yes, I graduated high school in 83, so I did live during that time.
It would’ve been extremely uncommon, but that doesn’t mean it never once happened in the entire decade. Also, I feel like Mandy only floated the idea by Georgie because she wasn’t super interested in changing her name to Cooper, not because it was something she really wanted him to do.
All the $hits came out of Georgie mouth were all about Mandy and how he would do anything to treat her and his daughter like they are royalty. The only thing he asked in return was for them to have his last name.
