You don’t get to decide whether you ‘beat’ cancer; the cancer decides: there is a difference between cancer that leaves the breast and cancer that stays in the breast. ‘Beating’ cancer infers that you have some control over it; you don’t, it is entirely involuntary and you are not a failure if the cancer comes back and metastasises and it kills you. We should applaud the ‘journey’ and not whether you arrive at your chosen destination.

Please anyone answer? My mother just finished chemo and radiation for triple negative cancer and there was some tumors left after all this now that there is no more medical treatments to be done I could use any advice on what to do Now and what should her diet be?
Strongly recommend getting your head shaved and the company Great Clips has a cancer support program where they shave you up for free. When it starts to fall out, it comes out in clumps and it is easier to deal with being shaved than picking clumps of hair up from everywhere.

Never stop the fight. Help her through, pray together, keep her fit not lazy. Change her diet, buy cannabis oil she needs it. Vitamin B, C, D. Turmeric and black pepper organic. Just mix up the treatment you never know which will work. God keep you.

@glockstradamus 10mm Good on you for sticking close to your wife at this time. It's a terrifying ride at times. I am a stage 3 triple negative breast cancer survivor. Yes, I'm sure you are concerned with the 'what ifs' considering you have small children to finish raising. But yes, her recovery should always take priority over everything else.
I hate seeing videos like this. People should not be proud of themselves and think they are all tough because they are a "survivor" because the truth is, they just got lucky and they didn't "survive" anything. Let me tell you, my mom was stronger than about 99.9% of people diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer, but she died at 49. No, she is not a survivor but she will always be stronger than this Robin Roberts girl. I know she said she was lucky to catch it early, but my mom caught it at stage 1. That made no difference since she got an extremely aggressive type of Triple Negative and despite doing chemo, radiation, and having a double mastectomy, her cancer came back into her lungs 6 weeks after stopping treatment and she died about 2 weeks later. The point I am trying to make is Robin Roberts should not think she is all great for surviving breast cancer. All she is is lucky.
I am a survivor! I am healed! Im not lucky, I am loved and blessed by God. and praise God for people who survive this dreadful disease. The treatment is hard to go through Give her props. Give God the glory..

Sorry you feel that way. I'm a trip neg cancer "survivor", and some of friends I made in the chemo room, didn't make it all the way like I had. :( We all go through the same pain, and anguish. You're right, chance dictates who comes out at the end. I don't like the label survivor either, but I think EVERYONE who goes through the trip neg cancer journey is a fighter.
