Ya know it would’ve been great if instead we got a comic series about someone like Darth Maul, Yoda, Cal Kestis, Asajj Ventress, Qui-Gon, or even Ahsoka. But nah, instead let’s do a poorly made comic series about a show we already got that was terrible and pissed off the fans.
Even artist(tracer)Greg Land was laughing at the interior illustration lol. The tracing in this comic book was so sub par. It reminded me of the animation used in the film Scanner Darkly, BUT WORSE! How can comic book art in the 2020's be of lower quality, when compared to a film that looks like it used a filter setting found in Toonapp for iOS devices?
Put a chick in it. Make her Black. Make it LAME. The Anakin/Obi-Wan scenes were the ONLY good parts of this show. And even then, we saw two face-to-face encounters that violated then-existing SW canon. And Vader won both duels. Period. Obi-Wan’s plot armor was RIDICULOUS. You don’t withdraw from The Force, and suddenly re-discover greater powers than you ever had AFTER you are defeated and buried alive by Darth Vader. Props to Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christiansen for their work. But the story was CRAP. And how do you have a scene with Liam Neeson and cut most of it??????????
