- Ploughed fields are full of things, finds and treasures. Quite a hard job but for sure will be worth to be in search of history and hunting treasures nearby the ruins of an old medieval abbey. Join me in this new expedition trying to unearth the history of Scotland and beyond.
Again with the machine Minelab Equinox 800 and ready to find relics and old coins. What will it be this time? Some of them still to identify....

Nice hunt Simon! The glass stopper looks more like the base of stemmed drinking glass. The Apollo piece is part of a spark plug. The cylinder bottle is probably for pills. The last button is a snap-button, like on jeans. Hope these help you out. Congrats and HH!
Thanks for that info! Great Mike, see you for the next one!
Very interesting finds! Love the glass items. Excellent video Simon, thank you!
Glad you enjoyed the video and finds. Looking forward for the next one! ☺️

Thank you my friend , yes not bad finds, but still waiting for a gold similar to yours 🤪😅
Awesome video Simon! I detect in Maritime Canada. Love the energy and sense of wonder! Keep up the great work!!
Glad you enjoyed it!! It has to be a really beautiful area to detect for sure. Good luck !!
The "Apollo, British made" ceramic cylinder looks like an electric line insulator. Or possibly an early spark plug?
* The badge definitely had a pin on the back. Looks to be a strong one, too.
* the bend circle piece - I can't wait to hear what other people suggest. It look really old.
* and the flat triangle with a square hole also looks ancient. Very good finds!!
Nice info as always, thank you! , yes I would go for the early spark plug . Still a funny name for that
Good to see you again Simon
Thank you! Back again soon!!

Thanks 👍 great to see you here again. See you for the next one!!
Some interesting finds today!
Yes eventually wasn’t so bad. A good amount of finds
You did find some cool treasure great video
Yes, thank you, not a bad day, but missing silver there 😅
Quite a good mix of items keeping things interesting. Good reminder to keep eyes open for other things like bottles, pipes etc. your last item looked like a snap fastening from jacket maybe. Large round wheel might be what's left of a caster wheel.
Glad you enjoyed it thanks for the info, yes I think you’re right😊🙏
Amazing new video Simon 😁 you are such a nice guy! A shame you are this far away 😅 hope you are doing well and thank you for bringing us with you my friend 😊 see you soon Seeker 😁
Oh thank you Mr. Baski Seeker!!😅Yes is a shame, hope one day we can make some detecting together 💪🌍
@@thespanishdetectorist would be amazing 🤩 the Detectorist's on Tour 😁
The Apollo piece was part of a spark plug! The ceramic was all that was left of it!
Thank you, yes I saw some models. I see now how was the whole piece. ☺️
Good job Simon ,Thanks for sharing .
Glad you enjoyed it Donald, see you soon!
Congratulations on the euros!! ❤
Thank you!!🎉🎉nice victory
Great video Simon thats some good finds thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it Joseph! See you for the next one!
Enjoyed that Simon, looks like your first field had a miden tip at one end of it
Thank you! Yes, I think you are right , will have a look when back again 👍
Hi from Ireland 😊
All the best to the Green island 🍀
Cracking channel sir 👍
Oh thanks so much for being there and your encouragement 👍💪
To hold two pieces of material together and I really love the variety to find❤👍🏻🤸♂️🇨🇦
Thank you Grace! Yes this field keep me quite busy 🙏
I think the triangle may be an arrow tip, I have no idea but that’s my conclusion . I must share your active 😅imagination
Ah! Good imagination, thanks for that suggestion!! Thank you Lynda
The coin could be Victorian. Britannia seems to be facing the wrong way. Maybe John could help further with identification ? Nice finds though Simon. Well done 👍👍
Good point, yes I think so too, you can make a bit of those numbers. Thank you John!!
That field must have been hard going Simon with those deep furrows, but what an advantage to eyes only finds! Some nice glass items and other mystery bits. Not a bad day for you. Thanks for the video 👍
Yes it was quite hard job, very tiring after a while, and difficult to detect, but always coming up interesting finds from there. I will give it some more chances before is planted. Thank you Pauline!
Some good eyes only finds like the bottle and long glass jar, I think the Apollo ceramic item may be an electrical component and the last thing you found was a press stood, you worked hard for that lot Simon well done.
Not bad, but not as good as Mr Scottish Detectorist 🤪 yes you are right, a press stud, and the Apollo ceramic is a spark plug eventually. Thank you!!
The coin at 28:15 looks like it is 192? Maybe so George V penny i think 👍
Yes, I would say is that. Definitely is not George III
The last thing you found looks like part of a snap. And the second to last looks like a zipper pull, but it's pretty crude and roughly made.
Thank you for the suggestions, yes definitely is a snap, the other one yes could be
That triangle with the square hole looks like a tooth off a winnowing board. Just a guess. The 'button' with the spinning ring was a snap top.
Thanks for the info! Interesting suggestion about the mystery triangle 👍
Another excellent video, Simon. Could the triangular find be a strap end of some kind?
Thank you! Yes could be, good suggestion, looks an old one …
Looks like a strap end!
Thanks for the suggestion, yes could be 👍
Brass snap.
Yes , thank you!!
Apollo spark plugs
Thank you for the info Ian, yes definitely it is
Nice old stuff Simon. You would have done better had the field been flat.
Absolutely that field and those deep lines are painful 🤪 thank you Don
The Scottish rail line between Dundee and kirkcaldy is called the Dundee line I'm not sure what that bottle held yet though👍🏻🤔💕🇨🇦
Thank you , yes that’s right but not sure if that bottle was containing a golden liquid or what exactly 🤪
9:02 Apolo spark plug insulator (For cars) The rest of the spark plug is broken away.
Thank you, could be even from a really old car …
The apollo item could be from a Model T ford spark plug
Thank you for the info, yes there are a couple more comments suggesting from a car, interesting!!
I think is one of the first models to be fabricated, perhaps around 1910-1920?!
Keep Calm Yamal save some strengt t
Wow
Another goal in the final

Yes this time 😅
