I love my Russian hat with pride, , up down both ways, its the best hat!!!, the one like u wear in ur videos, I would love to have one likevwhstvwas in box..
We call it a trapper hat after the fur traders who trap animals to sell their skin. I have one with blue tooth headphones in the ear flaps. So comfortable
i know this comment is very old now but i wanted to say not in a mean way but ushankas are actually different from trappers since trappers were actually a hybrid between a a russian ushanka and aviator cap its not a big deal at all but there is a smaller difference
Got one two days ago from rabbit fur. It's hard to find a fur one here in the Netherlands since society doesn't like real fur i guess. But fur feels so much better then fake fur.
It looks better and has some feeling of solidity or something like that. Animal rights activists can be understood, although sometimes they go too far.
Exactly the same is probably difficult to buy, these are Soviet rarities. But remakes are often offered to Western tourists in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
@@BestRussianGuy No kidding. BTW it dropped down to minus 37 with the wind chill. I pray the power does not go out! Love Russia. My husband grew up in Akmolinsk. Love that Russia has a love for God again. We are going down the drain in Canada and USA. It's all about me, me, me. God keep you in good health.
I myself laughed when I saw myself in the mirror. This is not the tallest hat yet. The rich fashionistas in Soviet times wore hats about 30 centimeters high! Like half the cap of an English guardsman.😁
I love these hats
He has a very strong Russian accent, I like it

Thank you my friend! You know a lot about real style.😊
I agree with him. Ushanka hat is best hat. No matter what country people are in, Ushanka hat is good choice for colder climates in certain countries.
I just found my father's old ushanka, which is from the Hungarian army and is very good in winter

I agree, a really thoughtful thing. Especially for cold climates.👍
