Street Fighter Zero 3 (ストリートファイターZERO3), better known as Alpha 3, was released in 1998.
SFZ/A3 is an evolution of the previous Zero series, and there was a huge improvement in the fight style, combos, animations/mode and with addition of fighters that were missing in Street Fighter Alpha or Zero.

So, does all of these texts during the service mode enables extra stuff in-game when you enter some kind of codes?
This enables "Dramatic Battle Mode"

@@hegyak The messages when successfully entering their codes in the test menu enables different stuff.
The message "THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LONG PLAYING." is the one that enables Dramatic Battle mode, alongside Survival and Final Battle modes, tho to actually select the extra modes, you would need to hold down different action buttons during the game's attraction before you press start.
To select DB; hold down all three kicks during the attraction demo and press start, from there on; you can either play either with an AI partner or a friend.

Its called Dramatic Battle, where two players fight against a CPU.
Its only in a few games, but it's a fantastic mode. Here you can't really tell, but they have a shared hp bar.
There's also reverse Dramatic Battle where the player is the boss character versus two computers.

is this street fighter zero 3 a team gameplay or you're just modding and speedrunning the game?
Its regular old sfz3 my dude :) i believe its called "dramatic battle mode"
SF3 does have a team battle mode known as "Dramatic Battle" but the gameplay itself is all being run by a computer, hence the name 'Tool Assisted'. It's essentially a bot that runs a pre-entered list of inputs to frame perfect perfection, allowing the computer to achieve feats and pull off things that would never be possible for humans.
